We'll here we are 4 months later and still enduring ongoing construction at the apartment rented to…read moreus by this horrible company. Of course they don't want to accept any responsibility nor do the unethical landlords. Semiao and Associates say the matter is out of their hands talk to the landlords and well the landlords say the broker KNEW the extent of the construction and if that it in fact true, we'll they failed to communicate that with us prior to renting us this horrible nightmare of an apartment. The listing clearly says Downstairs under construction (which the broker Teresa said would be complete by the time we moved in back in February. Everyone failed to mention that the landlords never pulled permits causing their project to be delayed (at our expense of course). Everyone failed to mention the siding work currently taking place. Might I add, 4 months later and the downstairs is STILL under construction.. like wth?!?? We have two kids under the age of two, my husband works from home and again the scumy landlords whom the broker spoke so highly about has zero morals and can careless about our wellbeing, comfort or safety. Teresa and Gina helped our horrible landlords with purchasing and renting out multiple homes in the area. Like I said they spoke so highly of them, claiming they're great people who are family oriented and that they really take pride in their homes. Sadly it was all LIES! Not even One month into our lease, we were left overnight without power, then again without power because they needed to upgrade the electrical panel. Two months into our lease, we in fact got a notice from our "family oriented" landlords stating that we couldn't even use the grass area in the front yard near our front door. That my two year old was not allowed to play in the front yard and that our dog was not allowed on the front yard grass either. Like what? Who allows dogs In their rental but prohibits them from being on the grass? Mind you we've always picked up after our dog so that clearly wasn't the issue. Whatever you do, Do NOT take this companies word whatsoever. They are unethical, dishonest people who will feed you nothing but lies for the sake of making money.
