Skilled hairdressers, if you are a preferred client. If you are a new client, best to find…read moresomeplace that treats all clients as though they are customers. I have been three times; twice the hairdresser rushed through the cut and handed me off to someone else for the drying and the styling so that he could spend his time drying and styling his 'real' clients. Don't bother wasting your money here if you were not born in Belgium.

I got a dry cut from Stephan, which was perfect ! I was able…read moreto make a booking on the phone just 1 week before. The cut was €30 and definitely a deal - Stephan was fast, professional, and did exactly the haircut in the photograph I used as a reference. It was easy to trust him and I felt 100% happy after he was finished. Stephan spoke English (I don't speak Dutch or French) which was also very helpful for me.

I went to this place after reading the reviews. Unfortunately for me, it was a terrible experience…read more Would never go again. It was humiliating. My head was tossed like a football, the guy was not attentive at all. As he kept speaking with his friend and kept pulling a bunch of hair while cutting it. He did a poor job. But the most I hate about people is that they try to be sneeky. I gave him 10 euros, and he did not bother to give me back 1 euro at all. I waited for it awkwardly for a little bit, but then gave up. Outside the shop it says it is 9 euros for a haircut so he should have. Well, to be fair, it was my fault, as I should have demanded it. I have been to 5 euro haircut, and they were better than this. There were few other things, which I will not get into.

This is by far the least welcoming and pleasant hair salon I have been to…read more I was immediately yelled out for being exactly 10 minutes late. Such short delays, I was told can be highly disturbing in the hair cutting world. As a result, "we" could not proceed with the balayage and color, and opted for the cut only. The outcome was okay. Nothing special. I'm sure the staff is qualified, but I would definitively not recommend this institution given the staff's lack of customer-relation/communicative skills.

I had a cut scheduled for 18:30 last Thursday. Got there early, hoping to be on my way at 19:30. I…read morewait, and wait, and wait some more. Finally around 19:00 Moussa is done with his other client and is ready to see me, not bothering to apologize for the late start. I show him a picture of the cut I want, and we discuss the cut in detail. We agree to leave it 4 cms below the shoulders, exactly like the picture. He asks me to take my glasses off, so I do, figuring I have no reason to worry about not being able to see, since we discussed so thoroughly what I wanted. An hour later, he's done cutting and lets me put my glasses back on. He had cut off much, much more than what we agreed, leaving me with a BOB 2 cms ABOVE my shoulders instead of the mid-length wave 4 cms below the shoulders. He says all nonchalant, "oh, it would have been better a few centimeters longer". YA THINK? I came out of there 44 EUR poorer and looking like a stepford wife on acid. Goes without saying I will not be going back, ever. Avoid like the plague.
