They have a very nice selection of new and pre-owned timepieces from many brands and probably had a selection of about 100 Rolexes on this particular day, mostly desirable models that were priced at the reasonable end of market price. The owner was very friendly and his staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable. They were very accommodating and not in the slightest bit pushy. When I asked for them to pressure test my watch one more time, he insisted that I stay another 10 mins just so he could do a "wet" test and make me feel more comfortable, even though I had already committed to buying the watch and paid for it. Other thing to note is that this seems to be a fairly busy place, with lots of people coming in and out for repairs. I saw two people come in for Rolex repairs and another guy come in for a strap replacement on some unknown brand. I know a lot about watches, having collected them for over 20 years, and was listening closely to what the salespeople were telling the customers about required repairs and costs. Everything they were saying was accurate and honest, and I was surprised at how reasonable the costs were. I would definitely consider doing more business with them in the future.

Of course they said yes, even as prices for silver are tipping $100 an ounce. They said I could walk out with a check with a seven day hold. That tells me they feel it's going above $100 / oz. and they're given themselves a seven day window.. I've sold silver before leaving with a check. It's not comfortable. They have your silver and you have a piece of paper. A promissory note. It's always worked out for me in the past.
