In the last re-finance the incompetent mortgage advisor dropped the ball and in the process cost us more than $5,000 over 4 years in extra interest that we shouldn't have to pay. Not that it matters to them; we're just a small fry and don't mean a thing to their bottom line. I had reason to contact them again today... first, I was bumped from one person to another, and in the end, whatever the mortgage advisor did when he refinanced the mortgage, forever disrupted the convenience I had set up. Today, I went in and got help from Winston for my direct deposit and other things, he was very helpful and extremely efficient. People that went to him came and left within minutes.
