He didnt file my health insurance and wrote that i didnt have health insurance without my consent. I received a letter from IRS stating that I owe them money. I called Emmanuel to explain and correct it and told me that he can fix it if I pay him $50 cash. I told him that this does not make sense, there is no reason why I have to pay him for an error he clearly made. I called IRS and its confirmed that this person made an error and wrote that i dont have health insurance. Thankfully IRS was able to correct this errors by retrieving my health insurance forms from Kaiser. Please avoid this guy! I will definitely be reporting this guy to IRS! He does not take accountability for his actions. Extremely unprofessional!

I've been doing business with different Cost-U-Less locations for 10+ Years. Their customer service…read moreis usually on point, but yesterday i had the unfortunate luck of dealing with "Heidi" . She was extremely pushy and rude, and acted like she knew better than me. When i informed her a $700 down payment was too high, she offered to "cut it to 2 payments so that you can afford it". She then got upset when i pointed out that 1 payment or 2, it still comes out to $700. She then offered to take off a WHOPPING $200! So if you do business with Cost-U-Less know that they are charing you ATLEAST $200 more than they should, so fight for your money. When i informed her i had a quote from Tesla Insurance for $176 a month, her cheapest quote was $355, she tried to gaslight me into believing it wasnt true. She said something along the lines of "With your driving record that can't be true, i don't think you have all the information". After receiving my quote i asked could i call think about it and call her back, thats when the pressure really ramped up. She started explaining that if i get off the phone now the quote would change because she has to do all the work all over again (which seems petty). I insisted that i'd prefer to call her back and she cut me off saying "Im just going to mark you as not interested" before she hung up in my face.
