At all So as I head down for #4 I some how have to convince the "manager" that all her good work just, simply, does not work. What now?

But also across Canada this is definitely my favourite location. About two years ago I was there in person for a meeting very stressed about my mortgage and some other issues with a different bank and the financial advisor giving me advice on the second floor was very very lovely and fabulous and helpful and thoughtful and then on the way out, she introduced me to her coworker who had a nearby office we happened to bump into in the hallway named Bryan. It's so interesting, as per my dad's advice, you should always be nice to everyone you meet because you really never know what your future holds and whether or not you can be mutually beneficial to each other. That was two years ago and recently Bryan helped me Reacquire quite a lot of my money after four years of fighting and lawsuits and even better, the TD, mutual fund that he put it into in the last five days has made me more than 20% of the income I achieved in my full-time job last year. Just from sitting on my butt!!!! I didn't even have to do anything. Thank you so much to Bryan and your amazing manager Maria,, who was also incredibly helpful, even though I've never even met her in person yet. Looking forward to the future and I'm finally sleeping well again after four years of stress. Bryan is thoughtful. Patient unbelievably helpful and helped me with a number of very difficult complicated conversations and he's also brilliant, but helpful enough to dumb it down for someone just learning like me. I went there for insurance, car and house some months ago. Told I must join, so did that. Spent…read morethree visits supplying information, got an appointment to sign insurance papers, went for the appointment, the agent had scheduled it for his day off. Complained, and was told the insurance manager would phone me, but it never happened. Was told when I went back, to buy insurance elsewhere. Went in to complain to the manager of that location and was told she wasn't there that day but she would call. Never happened. Went there today to but a license plate for a vehicle I had just purchased, and now there is no lineup like there used to be, but was told to register and sit in the waiting room where people had been waiting for better than 20 minutes just to talk to someone. In my opinion, this location has reached bottom and has started to dig.

The greatest thing about this bank although it isn't my branch is that it is on the Green Mile; you…read morecan do your banking and walk up and down 17th Avenue on a sunny day. There is more than enough free parking behind this bank and there is a security guard present in the foyer, it is a small bank location so the line ups can be really long and crazy, I have seen it even touching the front door. Service for the most part is always good but sometimes there is the odd transaction, what I notice the most here are the very odd fashion choices of the staff, sometimes I feel like I have been thrown in the 80s, other times I feel like I am in a small town in the 70s but for the most part their quirky fashion statements do not affect their fast and efficient service.
