She told me to come into her office with zero apology and said what can I do for you. I opened my laptop to pull up my notes. In less what a 1 minute passing after starting to reply to her, she told me she needed to take care of something urgent and left the office and locked the door behind her. Again, no apology. I'm not trusting my taxes with someone who can't manage an apology or her own time. Claiming you didn't know when I would arrive does not explain walking away WHEN I WAS ALREADY SITTING IN YOUR OFFICE IN FRONT OF YOU. I emailed as a courtesy and also tried calling. Your voicemail was full and would not accept messages. My garage door problem made me 1 minute late. It did not cause you to keep me waiting or leave our appointment. Those were 100% your decisions - own it. Calling this "my own issue" shifts the blame instead of addressing your poor conduct. An honest review of my experience as a potential client is not unfairly hurting your business. You're an accountant asking clients to trust your judgment and attention to detail. Your public response asks for mutual courtesy. Yet your private email tells me I'm hurting your business with "my own issue." Neither explains why YOU chose to leave an appointment I showed up for and we had already started. Both reinforce why I wouldn't trust you.

He made the material super easy to understand, digest and retain. He was ALWAYS available to answers thoroughly any questions I had from either the textbook or a real life scenario case.  I really liked the way he teaches in class. He kept all real estate chapters very interested with applying them to real life scenario. He often called out students and asked them to share their thoughts to make sure they understand the material.
