This review is a week or two past due but either way I came in I was just trying to sell an old tube amp I had a good one but it needs a little touch up. solid PV 79 I believe series 160 or something like that anyways the younger guy was working with was fully helpful and Super polite , we reference the situation with co-worker of his I'm going to call rock and roll guy cuz I can't remember his name LOL definitely gave me a fair price on that. which led us to talk about my 1972 Kustom 150 a sweet vintage setup in Prime condition , few small flaws but at her age it's to be expected . anyways I was to bring it back later that week to discuss selling it, I came in late he had just left for the day . another co-worker my dude big black cuz I can't remember his name either LOL went out of his way call rock and roll guy even though he had left for the day . so we wound up having a little conference about it in the parking lot send him some pictures gave me an excellent price on it far better than what is Imagine from a pawn store , aside from the great price all three of these guys excellent customer service above and beyond, very personable couldn't ask for a better experience. I give them more than five stars if it was an option and to top it off I might even get to do some guest vocals on some musical tracks rock and roll guys laying down in his private time ! top-notch experience , just remember everything in life can be determined by your demeanor. if you go into a situation with a positive attitude smile have respect the majority of the time the environment tends to reciprocate. that's a reminder for anyone who has a bad story about the pawn store cuz I tell you what if you come to my place of work and have a bad attitude with me and you hassle me about doing my job , I'm definitely not going to go above and beyond and treat you like you're my best friend or neighbor. Its a tough gig everybody thinks they have the best thing since sliced bread and they want top dollar for it but in retrospect a lot of times it's not the case ,can't expect someone to drop them blue face benjie's on a turd box LOL read more
