They came recommended by the management company of the property we were moving out of. I…read morespecifically discussed them cleaning various aspects of the place and then I was hit on these things not being cleaned upon move out. When I inquired about them not cleaning something specific, they said "we called the company and they said we weren't responsible for cleaning it". Both this place and Core Value Property Management seem like they are working together to scam people. If I hire you and you say you'll clean it, but you call the management company that recommended you and they tell you something different, then charge me for it.. that's shady and I will be filing a report with the appropriate agencies about both this company AND Core Value Property Management
