The food and drinks are delicious and very reasonably priced. You can choose to build your own burger or from a few options on their menu, plus a specialty burger of the week. If you want French fries or onion rings, you'll need to purchase them separately. Piedmont's specialties prepared with the best local products (baked cheese with truffles, baked cheese with pears, hamburgers made with local meats, anchovies in red pesto, cottage cheese in green pesto, and so on) can be ordered in a quick and easy way, directly at the counter like at MacDonalds. The place was originally called MacBun (which in the local dialect means "not bat at all") but they were forced by the big M to change their name to M**Bun. :-)))
