There are two apartments to rent, the roof apartment and the garden apartment. Both apartments have a usable terrace. Furthermore the garden with a garden-hut as well as a barbecue place is usable. Loitzendorf is an excellent place for daytrips to the historical city of Straubing as well as for a visit to Czech Republic. The landlady does not speak english herself, but for english communication there are people available. I would recommend it because here you get quality for a reasonable price.

Having dealt with them for four months now and having contacted and worked with many other agents in Munich, these guys are actually pretty good. Their service may cost a bit more but they look after the apartments and are reasonably prompt when there are things that need fixing. They are also somewhat flexible on negotiating contracts and all in all not a bad bunch to deal with. If I had an opportunity to use their services again to look for rental accommodation in Munich I would certainly do so. They have a wide range of furnished accommodation and some unfurnished ones as well. As a rule of thumb when renting in Germany ensure that everything that is included is in the contract and ensure that you get full disclosure otherwise you do have the right to reject the contract for rental accommodation. By law full disclosure is required and whilst not everyone does it please ensure you ask for it. If there is a dispute only do it in writing and preferably by registered post if you want any action taken. Post is the official way of conveying that you are serious ;-))

The apartment we got looked twice as good on the photos which were probably taken 2 years before we moved in so that's pretty sad. Apart from that I have no issues with them, the service itself is almost perfect.
