Machines are dirty quite often. Go in morning for best results or only use top loaders. Owner washes cleaning supplies from other companies in same washer you wash your baby clothes in. He does not clean in between. Male cleaner is rude and often gets in way or in your space directly. Do not bring issues to him, he is very rude. Might be management's fault though. We were in town for the Scottish games and the laundry at our AirBnB wasn't working. Dropped off of our laundry for wash and fold service. Despite our towels taking a bit longer to dry, the attendant stayed past 1 pm to finish folding everything. Kind service, clean and safe facilities. read more

I rate it a 1 because it's a decent size. But the owner is extremely creepy, he stands there watching everyone's every move. He watches you fold your intimates and when you look at him he doesn't turn away. Today was the last straw when he approached me and my husband to hurry up and get the clothes out of the machine for other customers even though other machines were empty. This place has no customer service and the owner walks around miserable even though your spending money he wants you gone. He just lost a customer who spends 300 a month.
