I ended up eating here 3 times during my stay at the hotel (see separate review). I was the only one eating late afternoon lunch while waiting for my room to be ready. The Mahi-Mahi Fish & Chips was breaded differently than any I've had before, but it was good and the fish was not overdone. They didn't have malt vinegar but the vinegar provided was ok. Corona beer at about 80 pesos was cheap compared to US. Intrigued, I tried the vegetarian Green Omelet for breakfast. Green olives, zucchini, avocado, you get the picture. It tasted better than it looked. For dinner, Tortilla soup was good but a bit too salty for me. I'm not sure what "Artisan Pasta" means, but the Artisan Fungi pasta was excellent; along with the cream sauce, it was probably the best tasting I've ever had! Loaded with mushrooms! The martinis were also pretty cheap at about 79 pesos. So cheap I had 2. The wait staff was very attentive. Food took a bit longer to arrive than I expected, especially since I was one of two guests eating there during my meals; however, the next time I'm in the area, even if not staying at the hotel, I'd definitely stop by for more Artisan Pasta.

We ALWAYS tip don't get me wrong, but our server's shift must have been over because she only came once we finished eating to pick up our plates and once we paid she immediately said "do you need your change?" Mind you our change was over $180 pesos (we only had large bills at the moment) and the dollar was exchanged at $16 pesos.... That rubbed me the wrong way. Don't expect or ask people to leave you all of their change as tip. Returned the next day because again, food & drinks were great and had a nicer experience the second time. The gentleman with a beard & septum piercing was THE BEST!!! Very humble, welcoming and overall amazing service!

Same great food and friendly smiling faces I have come to know and appreciate over the years. This is one of my favorite waterholes in the area where their daily happy hour from 1 to 5 is not to be missed. Many places make a good lime Margarita in the area but No Se Nada's flavored margarita is top shelf in my book and a separator from the other bars/restaurants in the area where the passion fruit Margarita is one of my all time favorites regardless of destination/locale. Their Bistro style cuisine is some of the best food in the area and the roof top dining with sun going down is such a great environment that this is a destination restaurant if you are in Puerto Vallarta. He explained the meaning behind the 3 plates on the menu and further shared that the menu is changed periodically and that the entire team is involved. Including staff in decision making is highly valued in my world. Everyone is part of the family and feels the belonging. I could tell it was the case. I didn't want to drink alcohol so I opted for mixed berry drink. Amazing flavor. For main dish I had a steak with Fettuccine or Tagliatelle pasta in creamy sauce, corn and asparagus. The chef asked if I preferred the steak to be precut or in one piece. I opted for the first option. I finished with double espresso served in an espresso cup. The attention to detail was fantastic and assured me of the high quality of the restaurant. I've been to Italy over 20 times and ate at high quality places.
