Greetings, Mike is…read morehonest and does not upsell or over charge for his service. Brought in my 2007 Dodge 1 Ton dually, in for some major repair. I have a family member in the Auto repair business, and he said that I was charged a very fair amount for the repair service that was provided for me. The work was done at a professional level. Also Mike's explanation of the work provided, was clear and concise. Mike takes the time to ask if you would like to see all the work that was done, puts the vehicle back on the hoist and walks you through all the work. That is old school professionalism at it's best!!! Mike should open a school and teach other up coming mechanic's the art of how to run a repair shop!!! I cannot emphasize that you will not be disappointed when you bring your vehicle in for repair. Thank you Mike I hope you don't retire for a long time. You have a loyal customer from now on. Just a side note, this was not an easy fix. Water pump, various pullies and a new belt. AND no appointment. Mike is an amazing mechanic and good person to know.
