Another plus is that their clothes are very stylish and they do tend to have 20% off their clothes at the moment as well. I noticed a lot of the women's shoes that are on the shelves as of July 2026 are made of man made leather and not many leather options. I know it depends on the time of year but I found this to be quite disappointing especially when a lot of the shoes are $49 and up. With any Nordstrom Rack the inventory can change weekly. I want to put that disclaimer out there. During my recent visit, I did see some dresses in the rack that had some rips. Really visible ones and it was shocking. They were on a sale rack but they were visibly and terribly damaged. When we were in the store, no one greeted us or asked us if we needed assistance. I felt a little bothered by this as it did not seem on brand. We were in the store for about an hour and 15 minutes most recently. It may have been that it was about an hour before closing. When the location was closing, the person was very kind on the intercom and it was so nice. I remember being in Saks 5th Avenue a couple of years ago and they were yelling at customers to get out. The kind goodbye without feeling rushed felt like nice hospitality that would make one want to return to shop. Please note this location is on the second floor and an escalator or elevator is offered to arrive on the second level.

The store has strong inventory of brand-name shoes and designer handbags. Unlike some discount stores, the clearance racks still feature recognizable high-end brands. The fitting rooms offer great lighting and the parking is usually ample, except on peak holiday or weekend afternoons. I commend floor staff for being kind and helpful. However, I have noted that limited open registers can result in slow or backed-up lines during the weekends.
