She was extremely personable and asked me so many questions about myself, my goals, and of course my hair. I have struggled to maintain and make my curls look "bouncy" and shiny the way it looks after I visit a salon. Andrea was very patient and thorough when explaining to me what products and oils I could use and demonstrated the techniques on my hair so I knew how to replicate this myself once I got home. I was going to an awards dinner this particular evening and requested a blowout but I appreciated that she helped me cut my natural curls first so I could see and know what to expect once I wore my hair natural again (I don't think any hairdresser has taken the time to do this for me). The blow out looked great too and it was nice to have Andrea take so much time to show me both styles and explain both to me.
