BTW, I never got it my roof replacement estimate. RedFox seems only interested in immediately billable work. I got texts from them asking "do i have any questions". I sent email to the owner and the tech. I never heard back from either. It's all BS. NOTE: I gave RedFox management every opportunity to respond privately before writing this review. This is precisely the kind of company to STAY AWAY from. They only care about MONEY.

The repair woodwork was a bit crude. They did pretty good cleanup but I still found remnants of old felt and a few nails. Nothing overwhelming. This is the 2nd roof they have replaced in 15 years. So I must be satisfied with them. I just wish the crew spoke more English in order to communicate with them as the manager was not always present. The manager totally backs up his word and follows through on his service delivery and warranty. The cost was in line with the competition.

BEFORE YOU GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS, PLEASE, READ THIS! About 6 month ago, I gave this company a great feedback when I was contacted by Rob and asked if I could put a few nice words for K&D. I did not mind.. but I SPOKE TOO SOON. Here what I have been dealing with since MAY 13th till the current day! I made a BIG mistake paying money to K&D roofing without checking the work. Went on total trust. From the first glance, roof looked good. However, when I had a detailed inspection, I noticed that while installing the roof, installers completely damaged the Hardie board sidings of the house that are attached to the garage, broke the brick and did not correctly install flashing causing later on the wood under the roof to decay. Work was still under the warranty, From May 13th till today, July 29th , I have contacted K&D roofing total of 22 times. I had 2 official appointments scheduled. First appointment Rob called and told me that his tire blew up and he cannot come over. I rescheduled. Second appointment he did not show up again and said that he twisted his foot but will show up a few days later. There was no show. I texted him, no answers. I started calling the company and was just giving excuse after excuse. I contacted the company through the portal, but no one called me. I called the company and was told that someone will call me back, but this never happened. I have a compiled list of all the no shows and excuses this company gave me within these 2.5 month. Finally on July 15th, someone from the K&D company called me and told me that he will show up the next day. We agreed on 8AM. The next day I got a call from the person saying he was running late. He finally showed up at 8:30 and here is the story I got. K&D roofing is NOT RESPONCIBLE for collateral damage. They are responsible for the roof, but if they damage something while at it, it is not their fault. I was told that it is mentioned in the contract that I signed. So, the fact that they damaged the siding of the house, broke the brick did not count because it is NOT THE ROOF. He told me that yes, it was his crew that was working there, and they had a hard time pulling old roof and installing the new roof and that is why it happened. There was not even an apology of any kind. He also inspected the back area of the garage where siding and garage meet and where I had a horribly decaying wood and told me that he will follow up with Rob and will be in touch. That was on July 16th. That was my contact #22 with this company. I heard NOTHING back from July 16th. I have a year warranty with K&D.. but what good does it do if they do not show up or basically giving you an excuse for not fixing what they broke? This is the second time I am replacing roof on my property. First time, when I used different company, there was NO ISSUES. When I mentioned this to the person who came in on July 16th, all he told me is that this is because "code changed". So, I guess, 15 years ago "codes where better" and the company I used that time did not damage my property. This time "it is different codes". So, I guess it is OK for K&D damage someone's property. It is ok for K&D avoid customers by not responding to any kind of communications 22 times while the customer is still in warranty. Funny thing, I recommended this company before to my friends and relatives who did the roofs with K&D as well. You would think that this company would respect their loyal customers and referrals they get from them? The answer is BIG FAT NO!!! Once they get the money, they absolutely do not care. He then stopped taking my phone calls and would not respond to text messages. He took my realtor's first call and then would not take any further calls. BEWARE of Reliant Roofing…read more We find the conduct of Reliant unprofessional and reprehensible and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. This company engages in egregious billing and tried to bully us with false charges. We entered into contract with Reliant Roofing company to reroof our house. It was a very expensive contract that came to over $230,000 for the agreed amounts due. (see attached image) However, after job was complete extensive damages to our driveway, rain gutters and property costing over $35,000 to repair became evident. They claim to have taken precautions not to damage our property, and sent a single cherry picked photo to support this. Fortunately for us we have multiple security cameras with videos of what actually went on and the damage they caused. Reliant also includes charges of over $4,000 for work not done. Reliant did not dispute that the damages occurred during the roof repair because of their heavy equipment and roofing work, but refused to take responsibility. Instead, during our email exchanges Reliant began adding new and false charges of over $40,000 to their total amount due in response. Seems to us they added these false fees in a poor attempt to cover the similar costs of the damages they caused. Reliant also continues to insist on charging for the work not performed. They threatened us with legal action and collections from an out of town law firm if we didn't pay. We had to hire an attorney and it's a legal case now. In total, Reliant' falsely ran up the invoices to over $270,000. (see attached image) Only after a letter from our attorney did they dial back this amount. They continue to deny responsibility for the damages they caused. What a mess, would never use a company that handles itself in this way.
