They were responsive up to the time of making the sale and their delivery guys were courteous and…read morehard-working. Their pricing was OK (but not great for the quality of stock supplied). The office furniture that was delivered was dusty and dirty and no attempt had been made to clean it up prior to delivery. I was told in advance that some of the units did not have keys for the locks but it turned out none of them had. Several shelves were missing and it was a hassle to keep chasing them to get them installed/fitted. After sales service was non-existent. In summary, I wouldn't use them again and would not recommend them to others but they've been in business quite a while so they must be doing something right for someone and your mileage may vary.

I returned it to the shop, they said they would repair it. Then they said they could not repair it. Then they said they would replace it but they do not have a replacement available . I called into the shop last week and requested a refund, I was asked to leave. They do not respond to emails their phone rings off the hook to a full mail box which will not accepts messages. It is a disgrace, I have made a formal complaint to the consumer affairs authority . I now have no phone, they refuse to refund me and they will not respond to my emails.
