I've lived at Monaco Park for the past few years, and while there are many positive things about the property itself, I especially want to recognize Katherina in the leasing office. Just recently, she made a very meaningful difference during my time here as a resident. Over the years, we've mostly gotten to know each other through brief conversations and rare interactions, but those moments have consistently shown me the kind of person she is. She genuinely cares about the people who live here. Katherina has a rare ability to make residents feel valued. She treats people with kindness and respect while maintaining the professionalism you'd expect from someone in her position. She goes above and beyond without making it seem like she's doing anything extraordinary. It's simply who she is. She takes the time to listen, follows through, and truly advocates for her residents when they need help. You get the sense that she'll go to bat for you, and in my experience, she absolutely does. As for Monaco Park itself, the community has always been kept clean and well maintained. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and since the property management transition a couple of years ago, I've noticed a real improvement in the consistency and responsiveness of the maintenance team. People are often quick to leave reviews when something goes wrong, but it's just as important to recognize those who consistently do things right. Katherina deserves that recognition. Her compassion, work ethic, and genuine concern for the people who live here make a lasting impression. She's one of those rare people whose character speaks for itself. i write this as i have a feeling this is becoming a growing problem in Las Vegas in apartment communities, so i am not trying to single out Monaco Park. However, since i live here, it is going to be addressed. Let me first say that i worked in veterinary medicine for over 12 years, 4 of which was for a large national human society spaying and neutering dogs for the low income population who could not afford it. i was working with a dog behaviorist daily. Our organization would not adopt out pits and pit mixes because of legal liabilities. They were turned over to rescues who could offer longer rehabilitation services. I trained dogs for obedience competition and confirmation and worked with top handlers and breeders for many years in my youth. Living out here in Las Vegas i have noticed a high levels of pit bull dogs in homes where there is very little education and safety measures taken with this breed. Any other breed, people tend to acknowledge instinct and genetics as part of a dog's predictability. The exception of course are pit bulls and related bully breeds. In these situations, it becomes only about the rearing of the dog, and not genetic behavior and predispositions. Getting to my point, i recently had a new neighbor move in with 2 large bully dogs. One is clearly a pit bull dog, the other looks like what is referred to as an XL bully, resembling a cross with pit bull dog and a mastiff. The larger is a male and is intact. He has already attacked a neighbor's dog after slipping his leash. I stood at my window recently to see him pulling so hard on his leash, he as standing on his back legs to get to another neighbor's dog. i had one close call with him with my dog. After animal control was called, (by more than just myself), i was informed the dogs were not on the original lease(by the office), nor had he told the office of his occupancy of these dogs. I spoke with animal control officer who tried to convince me the breed is not bred for fighting in all lines, like the gene pool for pure bred dogs is vast and diverse . She also said they can not make him keep the dog muzzled, and that they would "try" to address the fact that he is intact. She admitted the dog was unstable. At the looks of him, he is about 80 lbs. His owner is somewhat elderly, and was using a regular collar on the dog originally. You could see a wide gap between the collar and neck, which I predicted accurately that he would slip through. By simply providing "paperwork" for the dogs, they can now stay on the property. My guess is that they are emotional support certificates. Most complexes do not maintain insurance for dangerous dog breeds. Every morning when i go out, i carry 2 forms of protection, and i have grown eyes in the back of my head. We also have another pit owner of two who was opening his door and letting his two pits run out free without a leash. i have studied dog behavior, and with his dogs I have also seen the risk from their behavior cues. When i shouted to the man to get his dogs, he told me to "calm down. " If apartment complexes wish to keep happy tenants, ,they need to put stronger reinforcement of animals, and irresponsible dog owners who encroach on other people's safety. Hell. otherwise, i should go adopt a cheetah or a wolf hybrid to live here with the proper "paperwork". Pit bulls are about 6% of dog ownership in Las Vegas, but make up over half the reported bite cases in the city. They should be viewed differently from owning other breeds. People with shepherds and Malinois show more care and caution as a whole with situations that I have witnessed. I see a lot more lackadaisical behavior in many pit owners, because they feel the dogs are misunderstood and completely loveable in any given situation. This complex is a dangerous set up with blind spots all over the property, making it difficult sometimes to see who is coming and going until you are right up on them. That was the case with the near incident with my own dog. You want to take a chance by adopting a dog with strong jaws, steel muscles, and a high prey drive? Without any real experience working with responsible breeders, trainers, or respecting the leash law? Don't make it my business. Live somewhere else. I like my dog and I like my limbs and face. read more

Definitely do not recommend this place. A year ago I would have said yes . But today they are totally letting this properly go downhill all the while increasing rent in fees. ( it was suggested that perhaps they're trying to sell the place and that is why they are refusing to do the proper upkeep. Keep expenses low, and try to build the occupancy ​​​​​by offering a bunch of concessions ​​ for new tenants to build up the tenancy). ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​There is a continual trash issue literally spilling out onto the sidewalk and being ignored for weeks. Even though we're paying for a gated secure community the gates are left open and broke and do not close 90% of the time. Repair issues that you bring to them it could take months it literally took 6 months before they addressed a broken dishwasher . And then when the washer broke they tried to replace a modern washer with not kidding a 30 year old moldy nasty dirty washer which we refused. It's the management . Maybe they're trying to keep costs down but all the while the property is devaluing. After living here for a year, I can honestly say that the only good things about this complex are the office staff--who are genuinely kind and try their best--and our quiet neighbors. I am thankful for both. Unfortunately, everything else has been a nonstop maintenance nightmare. Not a single month has gone by without a maintenance issue, and I am extremely displeased with both the quality of maintenance and the speed at which anything gets done. Soon after moving in, we discovered that the window in our guest bedroom was installed incorrectly--the sliding part was upside down and couldn't close or lock, letting wind and rain inside. Thankfully that was fixed quickly. But then the weather got cold and we learned our heater didn't work. It took nearly a month to fix because technicians kept coming, "repairing" it, and leaving it blowing cold air. We lived for an entire month in 54-degree temperatures inside our home, paying $1,700 a month for an apartment that was literally uninhabitable. It was finally fixed in the end of November, only to break again a couple of months later. And again. And again. In one year, our heater has broken 4-5 times, and each time took weeks to fix. Now that it's cold again, the heater is once more broken. It is currently 55 degrees in our apartment, and I can only hope it won't take weeks again. Here is a list of our ongoing issues within just one year: * The heater, which broke multiple times and made our unit nearly unlivable for half of autumn and winter. * A major AC leak onto our doorstep that lasted the entire summer from July onward. We submitted multiple complaints about water flooding our doorstep--so badly that I slipped on the slimy water and almost fell off the second floor. They eventually redirected the water, but the HVAC unit itself was never checked because it was brushed off as "normal condensation." I repeatedly said something was wrong and warned it would affect the heater again--and now, unsurprisingly, the heater has failed yet again. * The roof, which began leaking in early May. As of today, November 18--seven months after being told "the roof people are supposed to come fix it"--it is still not repaired. We were told they'd come Monday, November 17. It is now November 18, and it is pouring both outside and inside our unit. We can't even contain the leak because it doesn't just drip down; it runs inside the wall and soaks directly into the carpet. Half of our main bedroom floor is wet, the wall itself feels mushy, and the smell is horrible. And with no working heater, we can't even try to dry it out. * Ceiling fans--one in the main bedroom was replaced, but the guest room fan is still unusable due to loud creaking and has never been repaired or replaced. This doesn't include other problems we've had: clogged sink pipes, a malfunctioning dishwasher, a shower leak that flooded our downstairs neighbors, a leak under the kitchen sink, and a water heater that broke and left us without hot water or heat for almost a week back in February. Every month something breaks and takes forever to get fixed since the owner of the complex changed. There is a good reason why the Monaco Park's rating plummeted. Getting any maintenance done now takes over a month, especially for anything "low priority." I waited for a month for a clogged sink to be fixed before finally having to hire a third party myself. Unfortunately, we renewed our lease in August because we believed the ceiling leak and HVAC issues had been resolved. Now we're stuck here, and I honestly want to cry when I think about having another year of this maintenance disaster ahead of us. read more

I recently moved into this complex and I am in heaven. First of all the application process was super quick and efficient. Marie was there every stop of the way. She was very pleasant, warm, and efficient. I am now in my new place and it is gorgeous! The grounds are well kept. Beautiful trees line the walk way. I cannot get enough of my beautiful apartment. The place was so nice when I moved there, in 2019. Then it was sold. The maintenance crew was cut from 6 to 2, security was cut to one one car speeding through at 11:00, and $20/mo to use a carport. Trees started dying; not replaced. Then the classey garbage areas started burning! 3or4 to date, and the gates STILL don't work! Greystar, the old owners were crooks! We moved out July 31, 2025. It is now December 28, 2025 and they have not refunded the security deposit, even though we passed inspection with flying colors. They say it's a different company that gives the refunds and there's nothing they can do about it! What kind of answer is that? The management company is very intrusive when you live there, but now they don't know me! Still waiting for my deposit. I rarely leave bad reviews so please heed my warning. I lived here for 5 years and I would highly advise against anyone living here. When I first started living here in 2017, the community was actually pretty nice and friendly. However, over the last few years, the management and community has made a turn for the worst. Here is a breakdown: 1. Front desk. Don't count on talking to a human being unless you try really hard. The front desk staff here rarely answer the phone. They show up to work late and leave work early. During the day, there is almost always a "be back later" sign on the door. On the rare chance you see a person inside, they are often new and cannot help you in any way 2. Security. My car was broken into twice on premise. There are no cameras on the property and the gate is almost always broken. I managed to thwart a 3rd break-in by being outside at the same time when 4 teenagers were surrounding my car in the middle of the night. I have also seen a rise in police presence at the apartment. Almost every few weeks, I see a patrol police car coming into the apartment to address some issue. 3. Dog park. Their dog park is filled with poop. Dog owners here rarely pick up after themselves. There are also a lot of untrained pitbulls. When I first started living here, the dog owners were friendly and you could bring your dog to play with other dogs in the park. Now, there are so many aggressive pitbulls that you have to wait your turn at the dog park. Once, I had to wait over 30 min for a guy and his 2 aggressive pitbulls to finish smoking his marijuana. When I asked how much longer, he told me to "get the f**k out of his face before he pulls out his gun". 4. Marijuana. There is so much marijuana smoke on the property. I lived on the 2nd floor and the marijuana smoke would come in through the vents at night and make my whole unit reek of that smell. 5. Maintenance. Don't count on maintenance to fix your issues in a timely manner. I have had to deal with a broken fridge and dishwasher for many days before someone from maintenance would show up. 6. Deposit. Don't count on getting your deposit back. When I inquired about it from the front desk, I was told they are not allowed to give me any details and I had to go through corporate. Overall, there are so many better and newer properties being built around SW Las Vegas that you are much better off living in. Do not fall for their "luxury" living propaganda. If you value your safety, your family's well-being, and the security of your possessions, find somewhere else to live. Stay safe and stay away from Monaco Park. read more

I've lived at Monaco Park for 6 years and sadly watched the property decline. There are no security cameras, and the security service is ineffective. We've dealt with constant noise disturbances, including loud stomping, yelling, and inappropriate behavior at all hours--management is fully aware and has done nothing. Safety is a real issue: we've had vagrants, graffiti, four trash fires, pool closures, and broken gates for months. A mentally unstable tenant once ran around with a butcher knife. Despite all this, long-time residents received $500 rent increases. There's been a major breach of quiet enjoyment, and after a year of putting up with it, we're being forced to move. We are desperate and reached out to the office where this "lady" literally told us we are making this up. We need answers, how is it possible we pay over 2k MONTHLY to live here on a "safe area" "luxury apartments" and no one can do anything about it? I've been here 4 years and would've resigned my lease if not for outside factors. Overall, had a good experience. The front office have always treated me well. Maintenance was usually great, only had one issue not resolved quickly but they were in contact with me. Downsides, lots of dog feces and not a lot of trash areas. Water bill gets very high in the summer even for just a one person, 1 bedroom. Pest control is good. Landscaping is ok. Front desk great. Maintenance very good. read more

I recently moved to Las Vegas and wanted to find a place where I could be close to the strip and to work (I work in summerlin). In each direction its about 15minutes. The staff was very friendly. Esmeralda helped me figure out what I needed. I came in on Saturday and by that Wednesday I moved in!! Esmeralda made the process run very smoothly and waa easy to contact. When she wasnt available I spoke with Dee and she was also very helpful. The property itself is quiet, clean and cozy. My 1bedroom was perfect because of the bathroom and the overall floorplan. The bathroom has a masters sink seperate to the bathroom sink which allows me to get ready while a guest/family/friend is using the bathroom. The flow of walking around the apartment makes the floorplan look bigger than it is! Upon moving in, the garbage disposal was not working and the batteries in the AC pad needed to be replaced. I called in and within 24 to 48hrs they were done! So far so good! Hoping to update my review as the year goes on. I recommend at least getting a tour of the apartments!! read more

This community USE TO BE GOOD. I don't think I will be renewing my lease. The complex has added a carport fee (which our parking spots use to be free) and enforced a community smoking ban (tobacco and other) mid lease. And because it is a "community change" it isn't a required signed lease addendum, current residents are forced to comply without moving out and facing consequences. It is clear that the "new owners" are California base. I don't think they realize that this is NEVADA. Maintaince request take significantly longer than usual and the office staff aren't very helpful to current residents. They (meaning the new owners because the current staff and "manager" don't know anything) charge current residents more to renew lease THAN future residents to start a new lease. And that rent is not cheap when you add in all the extra "fees" I don't recommend this property any more. It use to be amazing. It use to care about its current resident. But now it only cares about flipping units and making the most $$$. Unit itself is okay. If neighbors realize this is an apartment community and not a single private dwelling you might be okay. Office staff is unhelpful with noise complaints and "curtesy patrol" is also unhelpful. Residents are blasting music at all hours at the pool. Mail boxes used to be broken into regularly ( they did update recently so let's see how those go). Gates to parking area are almost always broken so anyone can enter. The gate code access is poorly done because some random person can call your # at any hour to let them in. The price per unit is not really worth the "amenities". The office staff is not helpful to current residents. New community rules are enforced mid lease without taking current residents lifestyle is to consideration. A once beautiful community is now just trash. Three years of peace and quiet and now, in the fourth year, nothing but noise and nonsense. It's unbelievable how loud the neighbors are. Music is blasted at all hours of the day or night of ALL genres - so at least it's diverse My neighbors, adjacent to me, enjoy being disruptive outside on their balcony every weekend. They casually disrupt the peace with several other guests or other tenants, chatting and laughing as loudly as they possibly can. My neighbor above me sounds like he's marching on a daily basis. Maybe he's in a stomp the yard competition or maybe the walls are just too thin. Be that as it may, it can get pretty loud up there. So, basically, I'm surrounded by nuisances. Dog feces and garbage bless the grounds daily. Maybe some tenants have simply gone blind and just don't see the large dumpster outside - go figure. The dog park is as equally disgusting as the rest of the property. So, it feels like the property has now merged into the dog park full of feces. I'm not an avid weed smoker and I'm not opposed to it - all the time. But sweet mother of God - there are certain parts of the property where the smoke and smell envelop all of your senses. It's just too much! Especially, with children residing in the building. But again, some neighbors have no regard of anyone but themselves, so it NOW makes living here - interesting? New management isn't terrible. The new maintenance crew is pretty good. Shoutout to the new maintenance manager. He really gives his all to the job. Unfortunately, occupancy has risen so quickly that maintenance requests can take a lot longer to complete than they ever have. Anyone and everyone from all walks of life have moved in. I would like to thank the Raiders for bringing in all the "wonderful individuals" that are ruining beautiful Nevada and this property. Oh and thanks California for making it so expensive that all of your lowest forms of life are inhabiting here now - yay, fun! Here's to manifesting getting out of this building as quickly as my family and I can! Prayers to anyone, half decent, who makes the decision to move here. What a wonderful Community and plus you feel like you are home when you walk in the office. Stop on in and see for yourself. I'm not sure what more details you need! Your rental staff explain that there's $20 a month parking charge that you're charging on top of the additional community property charge, that is 130+... So do the math if your apartments are $1,400 a month plus $20 plus an additional $130 what are you really charging per month!... So the the cost to park at your home is ridiculous there's nothing else to discuss unless your rental stuff person was incorrect is that fact? Katherina is absolutely amazing! Moving can be super stressful and she was there every step of the way to make our lives easier. Very grateful for amazing staff at this property. So after days of visiting various apartments around the South West Side of the valley I visited Monaco today. Upon walking in the atmosphere was up beat and professional. One of the staff saw us and we were immediately greeted and made to feel welcome and important. After a few minutes of some back and forth questions to determine what we were looking for we found ourselves in a beautifully decorated model that basically screamed "welcome home". I was thoroughly impressed with the floor plan and the environment. I still had a couple of appointments with other apartments so we thanked them for the information and said maybe we will be back. There was no pressure to sign anything or like many other places had done previously stating "you don't want to miss this opportunity". Well, after going to the next few places they just didn't match up to what Monaco had as Susan who assisted us just set the Bar pretty high. We returned and although Susan was extremely busy, she stopped everything and assisted us to get our apartment approved and locked in and I'm happy to say we will be moving in shortly. Susan is an example for others in her field to emulate and If your looking for a place I highly recommend her to assist you. I've left 4 stars right now for what I have experienced to this point as there are still a few steps necessary till we are moved in which at that point I hope to be editing this and adding their fifth star!! ------Updated on 11/1/2017------ So I figured I would give it a couple of months before updating my review. A place I once thought would get 5 stars I am now reducing from a "4" to a "1" and let me explain why and what you should know before considering Monaco Apartments. So I had actually had to remove a lot of my review and re-edit because I ran out of room so I am going to try and summarize. What you see in the pictures and what they show you in the model is not what you get. We were shown one thing and given another and had I not had a moving truck loaded with household items, I would have told them to go pound sand and found another place. I tried to make the best of it but its been a bitter disappointment from the moment we moved in. Filthy place (Waste of that administrative fee of $350.00) Bugs in lighting fixtures, Mail in a trash bag stuffed in the dishwasher from the previous tenant. The appliances, yikes!!!! definitely not like the model, no what you get here is worn out, old outdated items. In summary we chose this place Price and Amenities and what we go was Crap. Jacuzzi DOES NOT WORK and hasn't since we moved in" Fitness Center " One treadmill and yup DOES NOT WORK, Cost, lol I pay more in utilities here then I did for my 2,000+ SQ FT home, $80.00 water bills $30.00 Sewer bill (Are you kidding me) Parking is Terrible and small, they have crammed as many parking spaces in that they can to a point that I cannot even park my truck as if I have cars to the left and right it would be difficult to pull out. I am beyond disappointed to the point I am serious contemplating eating the 2k it would costs to get out of this lease and just go rent a home as the costs would be the same. Do your due diligence because in talking with other neighbors and even some people having just moved in they are running into the same issues. I am going to try and post some pictures of my cabinets from the day I moved in are trash and have yet to be fixed. But I guess it goes with the overall perception if added with the "Multiple Grocery Carts scattered across the property that we live in a dump. I lived at Monaco Park for a year and would not recommend it to anybody I care about. Extremely thin walls. Maintenance will probably never show up. I did not have hot water for 6 weeks. They will change the rates for water and trash every month and not communicate. Office will never be open when you need something. They will take your security deposit and charge you additional fees upon move out no matter what. Don't be fooled if you pull up on a good day. read more

Not sure where the updated apartments are that are listed in pictures. Everything in my apartment is old, loud, and outdated. I've lived here for a year & I'm still so in love with EVERYTHING about this place from the Complex, to the management, friendly & professional leasing agents, beautiful amenities, an Amazon Hub (which is important to me as much online shopping as I do!& keeps my boyfriend from seeing my packages & the money I spend! lol) clean yards, beautiful greenery trails to walk my doggie, nice neighbors, peacefully quiet, & not to mention how quickly work orders get done! Anytime I've needed something fixed, my work orders get done within 10-30 mins. -Since quarantine, our management has sent a "Daily Check In" email to all residents everyday, to make sure we are all safe & well, the emails usually have recipes/activity ideas for being stuck at home.. etc. (my family doesn't even check on me that much!) They genuinely care about their residents. It's also probably the first place I've lived in Vegas that didn't have consistent drama, police cars, or crime going on. Lol -Another amazing bonus, the area is also so close to everything! 2 seconds away from grocery stores, coffee shops, so close to Downtown Summerlin Mall, & you can see a beautiful view of the strip from the front entrance! Monaco Park is truly superior! I definitely have no intentions on moving to a different complex, until I get my house! Blessings! read more

After living at Monaco Park Apartments for the past two years now, I feel it is necessary to write a fair review of my experience - there are two: 1) Monaco Park Apartments was previously owned by a company who could not take their heads out of their asses and did nothing to make my first 2 years a pleasant experience - Ashley and Vanessa had no clue how to operate effectively or efficiently which showed by the careless nature of management and how poorly kept the complex was. 2) Monaco Park Apartments is owned by a new company as of May 2017. My fiancee and I have had the pleasure of seeing outstanding improvements to not only management, but the condition of the property itself. The new company did the complex a service by hiring new staff. The assistant business manager, Susan, was a delight to speak with and able to answer all our concerns professionally. Before, I would not have even recommended Monaco Park Apartments to friends or family; however, with this new breath of fresh air I confidently state that this complex is deserving of new residents and will treat you well. read more

I am relocating to Las Vegas, so I had a friend go visit Monaco Park on my behalf. He was thoroughly impressed by his visit and strongly suggested that I consider living there. Esmaralda has been awesome so far. How follow-time is pretty flattering, she made me feel important. These positive experiences culminated into my wife and I applying and signing a lease to live in one of the Deluxe Monte Carlo floor plans. My experience thus far has been superb. I hope that Monaco Park lives up to our expectations. After we move in July, I will update this review Update: I have been living here 8 months now and I hate it. It is extremely over priced. I originally signed a lease for one price and they charged me 200 dollars more because i moved in a day later when they knew I was traveling almost 2000 miles. The "updates" are trash. The counter tops are laminate. They painted over the tile in the bathroom so guess what happens when you try to clean it? It comes off and looks disgusting. The bathtub needs to be refinished, so it never looks clean. The maintenance crew does not have a schedule to replace the air filters. Our air filters were so dirty that our apartment was filled with gray soot. (My youngest and I both contracted respiratory infections. We've been sick off and on since we've lived here. I'm actually at home now because I'm sick again.) When I went to the management office, the maintenance guy handed me a filter and said put it in yourself. I asked if they had a schedule to replace them , he told me We have to put in a work order every 30 days for them to do so. Ridiculous! My neighbors have been great except for the one above me. I met all of my neighbors except for the one above me shortly after moving in. Everyone was cordial and neighborly. We are both educators and we have two young children. We chose to live on the first floor mainly because we know our kids will be running and jumping off things. We also work M-F. We get up at 5:30 am M-F and don't make it home until 6, 9 at days our son has boxing. Music is a big part of our lives. Because we are so busy, we don't get to play it often. So it has been reduced to the weekends during cleaning or preparing for date nights. We had no problems until my wife and children finally met our upstairs neighbor. One night at 6 am, a police officer is knocking at the door. I get out of bed and go to the door and the officer apologizes and says he has a noise complaint. There hasn't been any music playing for at least 4 hours at that point, but we didn't think much of it. The next on a Saturday around 7:30 pm, the police were called again for noise. I assume it was because my son was playing music from his small Bluetooth speaker in his room. These police calls had all of a sudden become frequent. We don't have a fancy sound system. We don't have subwoofers. We don't play our music excessively loud or for long periods of time. So I ask our next door neighbors are we disturbing them ( since we share a wall). They said no, they would let us know first before complaining. One day I see a guy that looks like the guy my wife described as our upstairs neighbor. I asked him does he live in the particular apartment number and I introduced myself and extended my hand for a handshake which wasn't reciprocated. Then I asked has he been sending the police to our unit, initially he said no. As I was walking to me car, he turned around and followed me and then he said, yes. He said that he called the police on accident ( 5 times I assume). He said that the vibration from my music disturbs his pacemaker (bull). I told him that aunt has a pacemaker and has never had a problem with vibrations from music from my Bluetooth speakers. Then he said that he just doesn't like it and doesn't want to hear it at all. I told him that we barely play music because we are barely home and that I should be able to that. His response was "If we can agree that you will not play your boom boom music, we won't have any problems. I don't like it and I don't want to hear it." The very next day I receive a 5 -Day notice to vacate the premises. Management up to that point has NEVER talked to me and didn't even have a formal complaint on record to support this action.(I went to the management office to complain about the police being called on us, they said they never got a complaint about our unit)It was only off of this ornery man's word. I sent an email to the manager and she responded generically and a couple months later we get a letter from a lawyer saying that if we keep complaining they will have to take legal action, but we are not the ones habitually complaining. Living here has been so depressing. There are apartments right down the street(West on Desert Inn) that are 300 dollars cheaper and have an basketball court and indoor heated pool. Don't waste your time. I wanted this to work out so bad, now I want to move back east. read more

Answered all my questions & the ones she didn't know she went & found out & got back to me which is what I consider great customer service. Thanks to her i think I've found my new home. I've lived at the Monaco Park Apartments for only two month so far. The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful and questions and concerns are taken care of on the spot. The maintenance and ground people are always friendly and helpful with any problems that may arise. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. The pool is lovely and packed with lots of lounging chairs, cabanas, hammocks, and there are barbecue areas throughout the apartment complex. The lounge area has a game room with a pool table, electronic games, tv, etc. There is also a computer area for computer work and another area for small pre-approved functions like birthday parties, etc. There is a well equipped exercise room with every type of exercises equipment a person would need to stay fit and trim. It's within walking distances to Vons grocery store and local area shopping centers. Overall, the Monaco Park Apartments is a great place to live and the rental prices for there 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are reasonable considering what your getting. Fred Bowman read more

First off I want to say that, this property is absolutely gorgeous, it looks like the Gardens of Eden!! I have several friends living on site and I for sure know this property has not type of pest problems and most definitely not "Bed bugs" as mentioned on a review I saw below, they must have the wrong complex. This is like my second home because I do come visit often and mainly in the summer and the girls in the office are awesome and so fun to talk to. (Susie, Esme, and of course Dee!!) I am actually considering moving to Vegas very soon and Monaco Park apts is where I will be moving into when the time comes, especially with all the new renovations in the office,POOL and GYM. Would leave zero stars if possible. Living here was A NIGHTMARE. Please use extreme caution. 1. We moved in because we loved that it was a gated community. I lived there for nearly 2 years and the gate was broke for a year and a half of that duration. 2. Management changed 3 different times. And each time, they seemed to be less qualified and informed than the pair before. 3. MY UNIT GOT BED BUGS. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. Turned out my neighbor had a huge infestation. Management found out about it quite sometime before I began to see signs of them, and they NEVER notified me. 4. The first year I lived there, the pools were closed nearly the entire summer for various "maintenance" issues. 5. We had a major leak in one of the walls downstairs. A pipe "broke" and sewer water soaked our living room carpets THREE separate times. I finally had to DEMAND faux wood floors (which were so poorly installed, corners were not cut properly, it looked awful) so that when leaks would occur in the future, my entire apartment wouldn't smell like mildew/sewer. Who knows how much mold is in the walls of these places. 6. 3 months prior to my move-out date, I had 3 different maintenance requests submitted. They were never fixed. 7. I paid a pet deposit when I first moved in ($300). Somehow, it was not properly input into the system and I ended up getting charged $300 a month AFTER move-out. I contacted management to get more information and they said "it has been submitted to collections, we can not give you any information." They had apparently submitted this fee to a Credit agency before even sending me a notification with amount owed. Did not even give me time to pay it or dispute it or talk about it. I know over the course of my time at this complex, I dealt with more issues that I cannot remember. But SERIOUSLY, if you're reading this, really consider if you want to put yourself through the headache of working with management like this. I spoke with many neighbors in the area who have had similar or more traumatic issues than I have. They do not have their tenants best interested at heart. There are plenty of other newer and nicer developments in Tulsa for the same price OR pay a LITTLE more in rent per month to avoid this place. It will be worth it. read more

Just recieved my keys yesterday and the comfort I felt through this whole process has been amazing. I toured the property on Monday, applied as soon as I got home and got approved the same day. Dina walked me through the whole process and ensured that everything would be taken care of with ease and it was. She even had a checklist ready of documents I needed before move in and as soon as it was done the apartment was mine. I'm absolutely in love with my apartment. It's been renovated and it has a fireplace. With my unit being on the second floor the vaulted ceilings makes it a look bigger. I love the feel of the community and Monaco park is the perfect name, I really feel like I live in a park. Plenty of grass and trees and the property is well kept. I've moved in just almost a month ago and I just absolutely love it here. Everyone is friendly and everything is close by. I can't wait for the summer to BBQ and try out the pools.
