I called and left a message saying I wanted to hire them to ONLY unpack my U-Haul...crickets. I then called again and finally Chris picked up the phone and said he would call me back at the number that appeared on his phone...crickets. I then called again (3rd time) and instead of leaving a voicemail Chris said to "shoot him a text", so I did that...crickets. I tried calling for a FOURTH time and left ANOTHER voicemail saying I want to hire them (give them money) to provide a service...crickets. I have no doubt when they actually demonstrate they care about current customers, but this company that is ran by Chris has demonstrated they could care less about future customers...actions speak LOUDER than words Chris and YOUR actions demonstrate you do not care about people, and that is incredibly sad.

He agreed and asked me to text him the info which I did. He never bothered responding to my text to confirm, or my driver and no one ever showed up. If he couldn't provide the help, he should have just said so! I would never refer anyone to a company that handles things this way.

I think this is a sham company that hires ready labor help, probably at minimum wage, and then…read morebills customers $55-$60/hr for the job. I hired them to unload a U-haul truck. 45 minutes late the contact person texted that her "ride cancelled" but she was trying for an alternate. Later (now 2 1/2 hours late) she texted that her 2nd ride had also cancelled. I called Daniel, the owner, and he said he was making some calls to find someone. Then I got a call from someone who said they were leaving Williston "right now". Almost immediately I got a call from Daniel advising that the person who just called wasn't coming either. He said if I didn't have someone show up by 9 am the next day I should call him (leaving me with nothing to sleep on as my bed was still in the truck). At 9 the next morning I finally texted and cancelled.
