Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I operate a moving company in Colorado and we contacted Daniel for help unloading a shipment. He agreed and asked me to text him the info which I did. He never bothered responding to my text to confirm, or my driver and no one ever showed up. If he couldn't provide the help, he should have just said so! I would never refer anyone to a company that handles things this way. read more

I think this is a sham company that hires ready labor help, probably at minimum wage, and then bills customers $55-$60/hr for the job. I hired them to unload a U-haul truck. 45 minutes late the contact person texted that her "ride cancelled" but she was trying for an alternate. Later (now 2 1/2 hours late) she texted that her 2nd ride had also cancelled. I called Daniel, the owner, and he said he was making some calls to find someone. Then I got a call from someone who said they were leaving Williston "right now". Almost immediately I got a call from Daniel advising that the person who just called wasn't coming either. He said if I didn't have someone show up by 9 am the next day I should call him (leaving me with nothing to sleep on as my bed was still in the truck). At 9 the next morning I finally texted and cancelled. read more

I called and left a message saying I wanted to hire them to ONLY unpack my U-Haul...crickets. I then called again and finally Chris picked up the phone and said he would call me back at the number that appeared on his phone...crickets. I then called again (3rd time) and instead of leaving a voicemail Chris said to "shoot him a text", so I did that...crickets. I tried calling for a FOURTH time and left ANOTHER voicemail saying I want to hire them (give them money) to provide a service...crickets. I have no doubt when they actually demonstrate they care about current customers, but this company that is ran by Chris has demonstrated they could care less about future customers...actions speak LOUDER than words Chris and YOUR actions demonstrate you do not care about people, and that is incredibly sad.

Talk about great customer service! Helped us out on the move in Williston, North Dakota. And then helped us get situated in Fargo for a very reasonable price! Would give a 10/10 if I could! The owner Danny is great to work with! Also shout out to Chuck and Mike! They did a great job! read more

They replaced both my front windshield and sunroof glass. I had to have them reseal my windshield twice as it leaked snow, melt all over my dash and fried my electronics, which I had to have fixed at red rock Ford. I have returned multiple times for them to also replace the side brackets around my windshield as they clearly do not know how to install them their final solution was to urethane the brackets to my car, which will be an extra inconvenience to whoever has to replace my windshield in the future and from the brackets falling off of my car, I now have wet urethane streaks all over my vehicle, which they never cleaned. They were always nice when dealing with these issues, but they clearly have no idea what they are doing. I will not be a returning customer.
