They've always been friendly and helpful. The reason I've taken off 2 stars is the departments seem to big or too small. The yarn selection is ok here. The type of yarn I use for the items I make for whatever reason is not carried at this store. And the yarn department is much smaller than it is in North Olmsted. I understand that store is much larger, but some departments are just too large. To many of their yarn selection is sold only online. I cannot feel the yarn or see the actual color online so I go elsewhere.
