To me, the burger and fires are what you are expecting, like McDonald's or Costco, nothing special. The famous Tobermory fish and chips are similar to the ones I ate in Toronto. These food are comfort food. There are very few restaurants in Lion's Head. So I guess it is why it costs a bit more than Toronto. If I ever come back to Tobermory, I would not just come here. However, if you are in the area and you need to eat, with limited options, unlike some of the tourist trap in Tobermory, it is pretty safe to eat here.

If you are getting the GF bun, tis just two slices of GF bread. I'm not picky though and it still tasted good. For burger sides it was the usual soup, salad or fries w/ coleslaw (appears just the fries comes with coleslaw unless I read the menu wrong). Price was slightly below average ($11.xx before tax for my meal, minus drink). Would go again in dire need if in the area. If that happens though, I will likely try Rachel's next time for comparison. To be honest, I couldn't tell the difference between the two. I was a little disappointed with the butter tarts when I picked them up. Some looked burnt and they were all cold. I picked up the box of butter tarts at 10am, so it was just an hour after the bakery opened. I was disappointed when I bit into the first tart. The filling was extremely sticky and congealed and stuck to the roof of my mouth. It wasn't the gooey soft filling that I was expecting.
