I was hooked. Their hot sauce isn't hot - it's nothing special. This meat was way to perfect to mess with much sauce anyway. The cole slaw was creamy and amazing. The mac-n-cheese was perfect. I sat alone in this cavern of smoke-tastic delight - listening to classic rock that was eerily projected against one wall and eating the best rib-tips on the planet.
