The amazing customer service and compassion started on the phone. I made an emergency appointment and when I walked through the door, having never even met me, I was greeted by name with friendly smiles. I was taken back quickly and the assistant ( I want to say her name is Jackie??? I am SO sorry if I have that wrong! I was in so much pain that remembering names was furthest from my mind ) was so professional, friendly and caring from start to finish. They managed to not only squeeze me in for an emergency new patient appointment, but an extraction as well. I just can't even begin to thank these people for their compassion. If I had just one negative thing to say, I am super bummed that at 28 years old, I have to part ways with my tooth because there's no option for in house financing. They do accept care credit, but i applied and my application was denied several months back. I wish I could just get the root canal I need done versus extracting it. But that's minor compared to the relief I will feel once all is said and done. Also, I appreciated Dr. Kirkpatrick serenading me while numbing me. Seriously the cutest thing ever! If you are searching for a dentist, search no further. You won't find better care than this fabulous group. Oooooh and one last thing.. I work in an amazing medical office and we make sure to treat our patients with the love and respect that they deserve.
