During our long search she was flexible with her hours and great about monitoring the market for homes I would like. Throughout the search she was patient with my very specific taste and budget and offered honest opinions about every place we saw. I was willing to spend more, but the sellers got cocky and we stood our ground. Once in escrow she was a rockstar, the seller's realtor team turned out to be a nightmare. Terrible with communication and overall gave me a feeling that they had an attitude and were happy doing the bare minimum to do their jobs. Making me even more grateful that I had Anya on my team. We negotiated for concessions and repairs - Anya got us everything we asked for (we thought we'd get about half). She always went above and beyond, always responded promptly, and addressed or assuaged all of my concerns. Even after the sale she continues to keep me abreast of the situation with the home (sellers are renting short term) and answers all of my questions. Another benefit of working with Anya is that through her years of experience working in the area she has cemented herself into a solid network of real estate professionals in the area that helps to ensure a smooth buying/selling process.
