I never mentioned it in my initial appointments because my previous dentist denied there was an issue and I just gave up. Don't do that by the way, I should have immediately gotten a second opinion. I finally worked up the nerve to mention my pain at my most recent appointments and the Dr IMMEDIATELY identified it. He had me describe the pain, he gently messed with my jaw and he poked at the muscle. The fix was so simple it was almost laughable. I have had a lot of dental work over the years including multiple crowns and they just needed to do a bite adjustment. The pain was gone almost literally instantly. After the usual dental visit soreness my jaw felt amazing. I didn't even realize how much my life was being affected by it. I had stopped feeling hunger cues because of the pain, I was constantly in a bad mood. Lesson learned, if your dentist isn't listening to you about your issues, move on and get a second opinion. Thank you Mint Condition Dental for listening to me. You helped in so many ways I can't even really put words to it.

They made early morning appointments (7:30am) so that I don't have to deprive my kiddo from eating/drinking any longer than necessary (starts at midnight so no biggie there) I also picked up the special prescription from a local pharmacy and then brought it in with me. They let her pick a flavor, take a horrible substance that tastes nothing like the flavor no matter what you pick (haha) and then sit and wait for it to take effect in the waiting room. My kid passed out on me... they then called us in about 30 mins later and she came to just enough to be a little startled but they're pros at this and she made it through everything like a champ. Which was saying something since she went in really freaked out. We still have one other appointment to get the rest and I have no doubt it will be smooth because they have such a great staff and doc.

My daughter was there for a laser assisted cavity cleaning for an extremely minor cavity and then it was to be filled with the tooth acrylic. There was no reason to sedate her for that. The dentist was wonderful he reassured me in my decision and had her cavity gently taken care of in under 15mins. He is truly a saint and the only reason I bring all my children back. Most of the other dental assistants and office staff are wonderful.

These people specialize in caring for kids and so they understand that they get scared during these appointments. My daughter was well taken care of during our visit and they have been so patient with her during her very first visit. They have dedicated waiting areas with toys and fun activities, as well as TVs and other fun stuffies while in the operating area.

Make sure you need the services they suggest before proceeding and make sure it is covered by your insurance because that was not the case for me. It looked just like the last x-ray that was taken. The dentist wanted to do something about my failing implant and it wasn't failing. I've had nothing but problems with this office. The list goes on and on. The staff in the front office is poorly trained. The doctors are looking to make money. The hygienist and dental assistance are very very good but other than that, I would not go to this office. I will never step foot in this office again. it is that horrible with the front desk and with the dentist. They also incorrectly build my insurance, which is insurance fraud.
