I recently visited Francesco's shop while traveling in Assisi I found his store. Francesco was an absolute delight to talk to, he has many customers here in the states and it was just very nice speaking with him. If you want the best Olive oil in Italy, look no further. We recently visited Francesco's  shop while traveling in Assisi. We were walking and saw the signs and bottles. We were looking for some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. After walking to several locations, we found his to be absolutely the very best, as stated on his sign, THE BEST!!
