My father was moved to 3rd floor before being discharged to hospice and his nurse Brandi was also very good. I appreciate the care my father received from SSM and their staff. The Social worker Brandy was also exceptional, she quickly got things set up with hospice so my father could come home.

Our experience for each child just got better and better. The staff here are so friendly and caring it makes it feel like family!
