It definitely helps reduce any awkward vibes with listing off flavor options or silently staring at a menu to decide. Also a great introductory concept to a new coffee shop. There have been times when I've seen only one barista in the entire kiosk and running it like a champ. The seating area is a little loud, as it's in a grocery store, but I always take mine out with me instead of hanging around so it's not really an issue to me.
