First: I was told by the office manager that my crown could not be fixed in one visit because they would "lose money blocking three time slots other patients would be able have," since the timing was "unknown for my fix." Instead, I was told I would need two visits that could be scheduled weeks apart. That explanation felt inappropriate and not aligned with patient-centered care. On top of that, the email responses I received from the office manager, Beth, were rude, degrading, and unprofessional. This exchange was simply for requesting my dental records for my new dentist. Not the standard of professionalism I would expect in healthcare. Don't go here!!!! There are plenty other options in the area.

The office was clean and the secretary's behind the desk were friendly. Alonna did my X-rays professionally and pain free. Dr Lakhani was exceptionally professional. He listened, spoke knowledgeable , and was patient. I never felt like he was trying to sell me more than I wanted. He explained what work I needed done and why I needed it- with pictures. At the end of my appointment I went through all my financial options for my treatment plan with Alanis. She was knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond working with me and breaking down the total price of everything I wanted done and discounts that may be applicable PLUS helpful info on what insurance may or may not cover. I can't speak on the past 5 months or year, but heres what I can say after my first visit 9/24/25 The staff here care. They are knowledgeable, professional, patient, and the atmosphere is relaxed.
