Might be reasonable for a family doctor by appointment but for a walk-in clinic it's terrible. During my wait I managed to watch a movie on my phone and set up this yelp account.

Reason being: this is not a pure walking clinic - the doc (and there's only one, I believe) has his own list of clients who come in with appointments and get preferential treatment (literally). And the walk-ins go in after them. That's quite a bit of profit he's making there. I have no understanding why a one doctor clinic would require two receptionists. And I'm afraid to say that neither one was helpful. They told me the wait time was 30 mins... And I sat around for a lot longer than that. The sole reason this place gets a 2 stars instead of 1 is because the doctor was actually nice. Ankie tip: I don't recommend this place but if you do end up going, feel free to use the Pizza Pizza wifi from right beside. The clinic doesn't have their own and the Pizza Pizza signal comes in strong. And it helps you kill some time. Personally, I took my work laptop along and got some work done during my wait.

In the end we had to come back on a Wednesday and they still took us in and did the whole procedure within an hour or two. Amazing! Very happy with the care my partner received, kinda wish this was my family doctor!
