absolutely dreadful. so upset after being in this place. they ruined my hair and at that i walked out after 2 hours of just getting a wash,cut and blowdry. my hair wasnt layered as it was supposed to be.they dryed out my hair and i walked out with it still damp. i wanted a fringe just literally falls right over my eyes but instead they cut it up to the forehead. i was not aware that trainees would be near my hair. i was expecting a professional cut. i could see them ruining other womens hair also.no customer looked happy in there. a normal headband wouldnt hide my hideous fringe, instead i had to use a thick winter headband. they havent a clue at what they're doing in there. they should be closed down. using the public as dummies. it's so wrong! been crying for hours so far all because of them. read more

MOHH in Athlone : I would not recommend this salon either. I went for what I thought would be a simple wash and haircut (no blow dry) and paid 55.- euros. The cut seemed ok at first but then when I washed my hair the next day I realised that all my hair had been cut 3cm more on one side and that for this reason my hair was absolutely not sitting right. I went back to the salon and asked them to try and rectify it. They said that there wasn't a lot that they could do at this stage and that I should wait for three weeks until it grows back. They suggested that I make a new appointment which I did. In the meantime I sought the opinion from another reputable hairsalon and they agreed it was a pretty bad cut. So I went back again the next day, cancelled the new appointment and requested a refund in full after politely quoting consumer law. After 20 minutes the manager turned up handing me the money and accused me of harrassing the staff when I had only sought a refund. I explained why I was not happy with the haircut to which she replied "We're not in business to make people happy' !! read more
