I made an appointment ahead of time and skipped a class to come in for an issue (that I mentioned on the appointment details) related to the screen not turning on, and they didn't even look at my laptop. As soon as i repeated the issue they immediately told me it was impossible and they aren't "allowed to open computers" and that if they sent it out to be repaired it would cost as much as a new computer. I wasted valuable time and money just for them to immediately turn me away...why they couldn't mention their "policy" before I spent 45 dollars on an uber? I don't know.

The card did nto work and they failed to send me an email, like they promised, of the activation code. After calling twice I never received my code. They ha dpromised it would be emailed wiythin 15 minutes. After the second time I was sent to three departments and by then my deadline ahd passed. I have been to various Targets in many different cities and states, and this is my least favorite…read moreof all time. As much as I love Target overall, this location isn't great. I was here 3 times while home visiting my parents and both experiences were blah. The first time I came shopping in store. The parking lot is insane. It was early afternoon and we still had to park very far away. Inside the store things looked like a tornado went through in many different sections. They also had empty spots, and were out of quite a few things. The one thing that made me happy was the special biodegradable, reusable bags they are now using. They are super sturdy and def worth reusing, esp with NY State's plastic bag ban going into effect in the spring. The second and third times I did online order for pickup in store. I dont know if this is a newer option at this Target, but at home I am used to this being a very quick process. They even have reserved parking for it. Here I had to wait in line with everyone else wanting something out of the customer service desk, to which only one person was working. One instance I showed my barcode and they said it wasn't needed just my ID. The second instance they wanted my barcode and not the ID. No consistency. Some of my products ordered online upon pickup were not available and had to be cancelled.

The system was producing an intermittent high-pitched hum that I wanted addressed, as well as testing and replacing any marginal caps, resistors and transistors. Got it back and none of the signal present LED'S or clipping LED's that WERE working were no longer working! Fine, I called and they said bring it back in and it would go right back on the bench. FOUR weeks later they said it was now fixed, took it home, hooked it all back up and NOTHING!! LED'S STILL OUT!! and to make matters worse, THE DAMN HUM IS STILL THERE!! I spent nearly $500 for basically leaving my equipment in worse condition than when I brought it in!! BEWARE!!! Pissed off doesn't quite cover it!
