It's easy to access and it's just past exit 10 on the northbound side of 87...on the southern end of Saratoga Springs. I also always feel somewhat safe as there are usually a few police cars parked here. Maybe it's a false sense of security (since I don't recall actually seeing police officers...)...but regardless...I've been here many times without incident. Which is a good thing.

After the pool inspection was completed, which was the 1st week of November, I began calling companies but none of the pool companies around the Albany area would come out and do it except Cypress Pools. Cindy and Renee were very friendly and accommodating and schedule the pool closing immediately. They did not over charge or add an extra fee knowing many of the other companies would no longer provide the service. Cypress pools were understanding of the situation, honest, professional and the price quoted was exactly what they charged; no last minute add on. Thank you to the team at Cypress Pools especially Cindy who made a stressful home sale very smooth in the pool area. Room was a good size with all the normal amenities, beds very comfortable. I was impressed with their free breakfast, lots of options. Fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal. Hot items too, potatoes were delicious. To go bags available, grab the granola bars and snacks. If you don't see something ask... they are super helpful. Small hotel bar area, sat here for some amazing cocktails and beer. Bartender gave us great recommendations on where to go for dinner. We also took drinks to our room, they can supply wine and beer openers if needed. Walking distance to a few great restaurants, Bentley Tavern was fun, lots of ice cold beer, 2 sided fireplace and a patio. Swimming pool and a fitness room on site. Both were being used during our visit. Overall a great place to stay and feel at home while being on the road.

When I asked front desk about it, they said that's their king room... we already settled in so I didn't care too much. There are some mold spots in the shower area. Bathroom is a tiny room with toilet and shower stall together, and sink is outside in the living space. Breakfast was decent with a mix of hot and cold options available. Upon checking in, I got to spin for a prize, and I won 500 Hyatt points. It's been several weeks now and I still don't see it in my account. Overall, not bad but also not an amazing stay.

We were an hour away from home and the cashier James was so generous and helpful by letting us know if we need to cool down and come inside or if we need to use the bathrooms to come on in. He then checked on us to make sure we were good and before we left he gave us free cold drinks. He is such a good person many people wouldn't do that but he has a good heart.
