At one recent hospital visit, Dr. Bianchi burst through my door with a smile and a warm bedside manner with an eagerness to help. From then on, each and every day of my hospital stay, she was there to explain in great detail what was going on and what she planned on doing to help me. She is amazing. She is kind. She is willing to sit with you as long as you need. She's willing to get her hands dirty (not literally, she wears gloves) and get in there to solve your problems. Here's why: 1) she is a master in her field 2) excellent bedside manner 3) very courteous 4) did not rush me 5) I got her undivided attention / she was in the moment which in turn makes me feel comfortable 6) sometimes, I did not know how to convey my feelings but she asked pertinent questions to draw out what I had difficulties expressing. she is a great listener and communicator 7) she is patient and kind 8) She is humble (hardly seen in the medical field) 9) Her staff is as diligent, knowledgeable and attentive to patience as she is.
