Mike was awesome to work with and even though I had to call him more than once because of my own craziness he was still very nice. When our driver arrived on Christmas morning ten minutes early to take us to the airport we were more than excited. Our son left us in the house and ran to get in the car. When we finally got in the car it was super clean. I was a little worried that it may smell like smoke because the drive was standing outside the car smoking while waiting on us but thank goodness it didn't. He wasn't very talkative but was very nice and was a very safe driver. We would have him as a driver again. I recommended Anton to our son's godmother who has a booking a car service for an upcoming business trip. She's booking with them today 12/26/23! We will definitely book with Anton's for our next travel to and from NY airports.

When I expressed these concerns, Mike immediately agreed to meet me somewhere public so that I knew who I was talking to. After our meeting, I was confident that Mike was a good man! He called a week before my departure to confirm my flight date and time. On the (very early) morning of my flight, he pulled up to my house 15 minutes before our decided meeting time and helped me get my bags into the car. We had great conversation throughout the whole drive there, and he got me to the airport in plenty of time. His prices are well below what many larger companies would charge. I would use him again in a heartbeat! After I returned from my vacation, I found a box that he had sent me with some food items from Hickory Farms, which was a great way to conclude my trip with him!

I don't get a reply when I try to contact them. My mom then contacted them supposedly about a new reservation, and she got an answer right away. We definitely not recommend using their services. It's not an honest business. They also charge credit cards without your permission. It' a shame such businesses exist and find people that want to work for them.. If someone from CT limo reads this, you have until 02/08 to process the refund, and send us proof of it, because we will be back in the States by then, and will go to the police!

I will preface this review that had this situation been handled differently, I'd be giving 5 stars…read more Last night, we used their service to attend a concert in Boston. The driver was erratic and aggressive and was unfamiliar with how to drive without making people ill in the back. 4 of our 6 passengers ending up ill by the time we made it there. The limo that was provided was old and dingy. It was a TIGHT squeeze to fit 6 adults in the back. While driving on the highway, one of the passenger doors "fell open" and wind came gushing in. The driver, after a request to pull over, did so, slammed the door shut, and promptly told us "don't lean on it". No one was leaning on it. But 40 minutes later it happened again. When we checked the door, the rubber liner between the door and car was cracked and had pieces piecing from it. On our ride home, our driver went the wrong way on the highway causing us to sit in traffic for 25 minutes the wrong way. He then drove two complete circles around Boston trying to find the correct highway to get back onto, adding over an hour of unnecessary time in the car. When I contacted the owner, I was told "thanks for letting me know, I'll look into it". No apology. No concern for myself or my friends and our safety having almost fallen out of a moving vehicle. I am appalled at the unprofessionalism of this company, the owner, and the driver. I would never recommend them to anyone and would caution anyone prior to getting in one of their vehicles as this seems to not be of any concern.
