Courteous, timely, and reasonably priced... Driver showed up when they said he would, seemed knowledgeable at what to do, and yeah it isn't cheap,' because who wants to drop all those dimes because you locked your keys in the car, but not gouging. read more

Moe's Towing charged me 420 dollars for an in city tow hoping they could keep my truck and the expensive motorcycle that was on back of the truck. It didn't happen I had the money to get my truck and the bike out of tow. When I got to the towing company the guys were behind the counter giving a young couple a hard time on getting their vehicle out of tow. When I presented the funds to get my truck and the bike out of tow the guy started tacking on extra charges, I ask why the tow was so expensive and he called me a fucking idiot, I said don't call me an idiot, the reason they had my vehicle to begin with is the city had called because my son had a medical issue and had to go by ambulance to the hospital, Moe's towing seen that expensive motorcycle on back of the truck and tried to charge me so much for towing that I would not be able to pay the towing fee. I will contact the city counsel the BBB and the board of wreakers and put flyers all over town to shut this greedy rip off towing company down. They damaged my truck and have refused to pay for the damage. If you have been ripped off my Moe's towing please join me in contacting the board of wreakers the BBB and the city of Cleveland to shut the thieves down. read more

These guys did great work, at a fair price. I went to a national chain here in town do have my brakes done, and they were going to charge me three times the part cost and almost twice the labor cost. Moe's did the work for me instead at a much better price. I recommend these guys from now on. Thanks Moe's! read more

Not only did Tactical Towing load our vehicle onto the back of its bed and take it to our repair location of choice, but they also have extended cab trucks so that passengers can ride along with their vehicle. Our home was en route to where our vehicle was being repaired, so he dropped off my wife and son with our luggage, before traveling on. So grateful that they pay the extra insurance that they can, and are willing, to do what they did. While the tow was paid for through our insurance, his pricing is lower than other services but they offer more. No doubt they are the best value within a 100 mile radius. There was no better ending to a blown tire event.
