We joined the ModWash car membership for our mini van. As a mom of four young children our van is in a constant messy state. A friend recommended us to ModWash and it has been a wonderful experience. The van gets a good wash and vacuum, all while keeping the kids entertained. The staff at ModWash in Washington always goes above and beyond especially Bill. I went to ModWash after our vacation to give our van a really good clean out and I had two of my children with me. Bill walked us through all the cleaning machines they had at the facility and showed the girls how to clean to a spot free shine. When we were all done he even gave them a water bottle for working so hard. It's because of employees like Bill that we will continue to go to ModWash in Washington. I visited the ModWash on Rt.19 in Washington, Pa and was greeted by a friendly gentleman named, Bill. Bill made it a point to ask how my day was and where I was coming from (he noticed the Outlets placard in my vehicle). I told him I'm from the Pittsburgh area, and he suggested I register for a 30-day trial and visit other ModWashes in the Pittsburgh area. I declined, but Bill decided to still offer a free wash for choosing to stop at ModWash while in the area. Can't thank you, Bill! I will be back. read more

Switched to ModWash unlimited family membership after giving several locations a try. Used to belong to another carwash club but got tired of it always breaking down, decrease in service effort by staff, and general uncleanliness of the wash bay. ModWash provides the same, plus a few additional extras. Only negative is despite many blowers to dry at the end, vehicle is still pretty wet. Ease of using the members only lane is great. read more

Came in for a cleaning and the gentlemen working were super friendly and helpful! I'm from out of town, needed a quick clean, and afterwards locked my keys in the car. They didn't hesitate to assess the situation and jump into action to help successfully get my car open! Definitely worth coming here, and if I were a local I'd be back! read more

Mod wash does an excellent job cleaning my car. Prices are fair. The spaces to dry your car off and clean the interior are numerous. We've never had to wait to use the amenities and the vacuums are very effective and the towels are appreciated. read more
