Yesterday I went and was super impressed by how well they handled the line and efficiently moving people through, but then after the was when I pulled over to use the vacs and spot dry I was super impressed that there was a manager walking by to ask everyone how their wash was and passing out air fresheners. Then even after I was done and starting to leave, one of the works saw me and waved and noticed that one of my fold in mirrors was still partially folded in and came over to fix it for me. I was really impressed how everyone working there really seemed to care about their job and the customer experience. Most other car washes I've ever gone to it's just some stoned kid that couldn't care less about his job. Sounds like they must have some good management and a great team!

Although it may feel weird to be supervised, I believe the employees Had a good intentions. I cared to ask about the routine and the employee happily showed me what each setting does, and when to use them just use a clockwise rotation, and each setting comes to use. The pressure was sufficient, but one thing I might note is that the tire cleaner seems to be too high of a pressure and as a result, it died my clothes. Be very careful with the tires setting please. Owners definitely care about business, and it seems like this is a good car wash to try. I will definitely come back again and see how pretty my car looks

They did re-vacuum my car, which I did appreciate what it should've been done. The first time properly came back a couple days later just for a car wash asked them for a towel because the air dryer did not dry my car completely. they told me sorry that customers cannot use the towels to dry their own cars so that I left with spots all over my car canceled my membership immediately and went elsewhere with my business. Never have I heard that you cannot dry your own car that you have to bring your own towels after paying over $40 a month for a membership.

This location was good, with friendly and capable employees. The only disappointment was at the end of the wash, when a giant dryer drops down to the windshield, and dries the hood and top of the car. But it did not touch the hood and barely touched the top of the car. Husband got out to dry both when we pulled into the drying area. Everything else worked well. We appreciate our monthly membership for both cars. It's a great value for a good car wash at multiple locations!

The price list and options were different than the photograph on yelp, but that's not surprising because prices and options change over time. I was a little confused because some of the options were not explained on the sign (what is color polish?). The machine that took my credit card did not give me a receipt, which was a little frustrating because I prefer receipts when I use my credit card. After charging me, the machine told me to go inside for a receipt, which I suppose I could have done, but I chose not to (and I shouldn't have to). I opted for the least expensive economy wash, which did a decent job. There were a few small spots that didn't get clean, but that was to be expected from an automated wash (especially since I opted for the least expensive option). I would use this car wash again.
