Aside from occasionally driving through the car wash and throwing my trash out at gas stations, I am not a guy who takes care of his car. So last year, I decided that my birthday gift to myself would be to have my car fully detailed by High Buff. I did my research--and heard great things from family and friends--and was guardedly optimistic that the work would justify the investment. Oh mama! I was SHOCKED when I picked up my car! EVERY detail was meticulously addressed. I am not an easy guy to please, but there was nothing that was not attended to with integrity and excellence. To be clear, even when I've tried, I've never been able to get my car this clean. This was the kind of clean that reflects focused professionalism. I drove away feeling like I was in a new car--and being reminded that I really like my car; I just didn't like the smudges and smears and stains and mess that had become part of my daily driving experience. Others whom I called to look inside the car agreed that this was AMAZING work. Candidly, I felt foolish for having waited so long to give my Subaru this make-over treatment--and to give myself this treat. Last week, I celebrated my birthday with the same gift to myself. We had the unfortunate experience of hitting a deer and damaging the grill and radiator of our van…read more The estimated timeframe to get it fixed was a few weeks with so many cars coming in for hail damage recently. They finished it up early and even sent someone to pick me up so I could come get the van. The repair looked great but as I was looking it over I found a hairline crack in the bumper that was not there before the accident. I stopped back over and the manager took a look and said it needed handled as well. I'm not sure why it was missed but people make mistakes and I appreciated very much that they handled it the next week and had the entire bumper fixed within two days. I'm a firm believer in being professional and asking for a mistake to be reviewed and they were courteous and professional in return. Very thankful they made it right and the repair overall is fantastic!
