The prices for the nails aren't too bad and for a walk-in they had seen me right away. After 10 days two nails broke completely off on acrylics that should last 6-8 weeks. They said come by and pay a fee to fix their mistakes. Sadly the one time I've gone I won't be back. And I told the man on the phone he said "okay bye". Not even an apology. Would highly suggest you go elsewhere. The nails don't last and is not worth the $55 just to fix their application errors. My thumbs were also crooked. Just terrible. read more

I found another place that offers SNS nail treatment! They do it a bit differently here and they only have 5 colours though. I went on a sunday morning with my friend without appointment and we had to wait about 30 minutes before being served, which was fine. My nail technician was very careful which I really appreciated. My nails turned out great! The only thing that confused me is that they added a cured top coat on top of the powder so I'm not sure how they plan on removing the polish once I switch my SNS colour in 3 weeks. I really like the SNS treatment because my real nails are getting stronger every time which will allow me to just get shellac in the future instead of the full treatment. My nail technician did mention they felt strong enough for me to just apply regular polish directly on the nail but I want to wait more to make absolutely sure they won't break. I've been waiting so long for my nails to be this length for real. I always get them shortened as well and my nail technician was almost reluctant to do it because she loved the length they were at! S Seeing as this salon was in Westmount I expected the prices to be high. It was $55 with taxes and tip, not something I'm willing to pay every time but since I really needed a refill, it was ok. It's also what I used to pay sometimes for salons downtown that did a worse job. read more

Since it's beside my hair salon and it's the extension of Mod's hair. I decided to take my little sister to treat her for her sweet 16. It's a nice nail salon. The staff, the host is ok; he means business. Thankfully, all the nail technicians were super friendly and nice; they made the experience enjoyable. My sister got French manicure with turquoise tip. The staff are very meticulous, and they did a wonderful job. I gave one less star due to the host. Overall, with tips it cost us about 60$. read more

I was being lazy.. serves me right. so I'm open for suggestions for GOOD pedicure spots. Start to finish (moving to wait for it to dry) 16 minutes. Didn't soak my feet, she's dipped them in about four cm of luke warm water and barely scrubbed or did anything to my feet. Cut two of my nails too short. It hurts today. Am I making my appointments wrong? Everyone else had longer everything.. longer filing of the nails, clipping, foot massage.. soaking.. everything. Unfairly overcharged!!!!! I booked their mani-pedi special $40. I had previously had snd powder on my hand nails. When the girl came to remove it she said it had to be done by machine, it was on my own nails, no tips. The older woman got upset and told me next time to when booking to tell them I'm doing a refill, because they only have 2-3 girl's that do this. My appt was at 2pm, after 2:15, at least 4 customers left and it quietened down. I told her I wanted it removed and not refilled. Once it was removed the girl asked, do u want regular polish or gel, I said I will have gel. I went to pay, I figured I would be charged the difference with the 40.00 Instead I got charged 35 for gel manicure and 25 for pedicure. They should have been clear abt everything. Not happy abt it. Came here for a walk in manicure/pedicure last Friday in the afternoon. It was my first time as I was visiting Montreal that weekend. The male receptionist was nice and pleasant. The lady who did my mani and pedi was a bit rough. I asked her nicely not to cut my cuticles on hand as I wash my hands a lot for work and she said yes, but still proceeded to cut the cuticles. The way she was pushing to clean my toes n fingers hurt a bit and could be more gentler. The worst part is after she saw me pay cash, she asked if I gave tips to the receptionist. I said I didnt as I wanted to give her in person (even though wasnt fully satisfied with her service). Ive never been asked for tips and was so turned off by this lady! Anyways, i asked her to take $5 bill from my purse. Place was nice and clean but no plans to return due to this service. read more

I came in during lunch hour for a mani pedi. This was my first visit and I was very happy with their customer service. I was served by 2 ladies simultaneously, one attended to my hands and the other to my feet. they were smiling throughout and seemed really passionate about servicing my hands and feet. I got a foot and hand massage. Following this, they applied my nail colour with extreme care. My nails look great! After my session, they carried my purse, shoes and coat to the drying area. Just as I was about to take off the paper sandals they've provided, one of the ladies came running to help me. In addition, she wrapped my toenails with a plastic wrapper and put my shoes on for me. Don't do the powder dip nails at this place. They use SNS powder and twice now it has left my French Manicure with some frosted nails and some clear. Also it is over crowded and not well ventilated. read more

Don't waste your time or money ! Better salons literally down the street on st-Catherine ! Had been here a few times and it just keeps getting worst ! Usually go there only for pedicures , not sure if they became greedy or decided that they are busy enough that they can just slack off but it's unacceptable! Not worth the money ! Went on a Monday, the girl that was doing my feet sat down and gave me a big sigh making me regret that I walked in , the water she poured was way to hot and when I asked her to make it colder it felt as if I was asking for to much! She tried scratching my cuticles of my nails not taking them off with clippers , after the first foot I asked to change girls . The look she gave me ! Wow ! The second girl was ok until I asked her to not use a blade on my heels and to buff a little more - her reply was that I should do it at home with my own heels buffer and not expect her to do it during my pedicure ! I was excited to go here because I had heard good things about the place from a colleague of mine, and I was looking for a place to come to regularly. I booked an appointment on Friday for Sunday, and asked for an early appointment if possible. The guy on the phone said "Ok, 9:45?" and I said "Sure." He took my name and number as well. On Sunday I showed up at 9:40 - nobody was there and the door had the bars over it. I thought, well, maybe I'm the first so I'll just wait. I waited about 15-20 minutes. As I waited, I noted that the door said that they opened only at 12pm on Sundays. I called the number while I waited and there was no answering machine. I left shortly after. I called back at 12pm and told them what happened. When I got to the part where I noticed the sign, the guy on the phone said, "We open at 12 on Sundays", confirming what I obviously already knew. I said, "Well, you should tell whoever took the appointment that, and also that he should call me back if the appointment doesn't exist". The man on the phone then asked for my name and number, which I gave, then said "So, are you coming today?" I said, "No, I've already wasted an hour coming, waiting and going back." He said ok and hung up. I mean, I wasn't expecting a big deal, but even a token apology for wasting my time might have been nice. Who knows, it may have been the same guy who took the appointment on Friday who answered my second call. Anyway, the place is short on courtesy and professionalism, no matter how great they are at doing nails or the price. read more
