How exciting to have a new brewery in town! Really love the layout and atmosphere of Modest! The massive outdoor space with picnic tables & corn hole boards is perfect this time of year along with the roll up doors for the inside space. I loved the retro vibes and color scheme inside too, including the unique and comfortable barstools. When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by our buddy Sam; brewer & bartender from North 5th Brewing who's helping Modest out part-time. It was great to chat with him about the beers currently being offered and how Modest hopes to be using their own brew system soon to fill the board with their beers. The other bartender, Mark, was incredibly friendly too; a real pleasure to meet him. The space offers a variety of seating, has beer (obviously) as well as nonalcoholic beverages, a water cooler, and restrooms. They also have a food menu, although we did not try anything as we were full from lunch. We really liked their branded glassware and the flight boards of 4 beers. Very excited for this new brewery! This will definitely become a regular stop for us.

We enjoyed the Flor de Mayo IPA. Nice and hoppy! They do have happy hour during the week 2-5 pm with select pints $5 and Mod Dogs $5.

This is a beautiful space. The bartenders were all great. Tried the only beer they had that was made by them (more to come soon, but they are brand new) and it was a very good red. I must admit a had more than one. Tried the Chicago'ish hot dog and was VERY pleased with that as well. Can't wait to stop in again and try some new house-made beers and a few other things from the food menu that caught my eye.

Fun new brewery!!! Great beer selection. Friendly and helpful staff. Chill, modern, minimalist, clean wood feel atmosphere. Think 70s IKEA type. They have ciders, sours, IPAs, stouts, porters. Tried the pear cider, was smooth and not too sweet. The porter was surprisingly great, and I'm not the biggest fan of porters. They have some sandwiches and hotdogs. Hubby tried a hotdog and loved it! It's great size, came out fairly quickly. This is a fresh new spot, so wasn't busy, but I can see this being a fun and popular hotspot as soon as word spreads! Will be back with a bigger group of friends for sure!

So excited to have another local brewery! Great new brewery that's about the beer, nice vibe, awesome place to relax and enjoy. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Tried Get Reddy (Modest's Red Ale) on a couple visits. Loved it! Checks all the boxes of a great Red. Several lower ABV options so you don't have to be 1 and done...thank you Modest. Free parking...at the moment. It's a little off the beaten path, so very chill and worth going a few blocks past the normal Brew District. Service is great, so you'll be taken care of. Happy hour 2-5p M-F.

Amazing new brewing. Terrific service. Delicious beer and awesome atmosphere. I highly recommend the Gundam-Chi sandwich and the Intergalactica IPA.

Small sandwich that is right on Rainbow blvd. Its a cute spot with a small menu and I liked that…read morecause it doesn't feel overwhelming. My boyfriend and I split the Primanti Brothers sandwich since we heard they are pretty big. The sandwich was definitely thicked and packed with meat. The sandwich came with salami, ham, amish coleslaw, provolone cheese, french fries, mayo on top of sourdough bread. It was so good and hit the spot! Their sides are all decently priced $3 for chips and fries. Cashier was friendly and they were pretty quick on making our order. We would love to come back and try more sandwiches. The chimichurri one captured our eye for next time.

This little sandwich shop sits on the corner of Patrick Ln and Rainbow Blvd - so don't miss it…read morebecause it's definitely worth visiting! The menu isn't huge, which is usually a good sign, because it means they try and perfect what they have on there. And that philosophy obviously works because so far the 3 different sandwiches I've had here have all been absolutely delicious. The beef chimichurri might be my favorite one. The bread is nice and soft and the meat is flavorful. It also comes with a layer of (garlic?) french fries over the roast beef. I've also had the Italian Hoagie and the Prime Beef & Cheddar and both are just as yummy. And they come loaded with meat - so 1 sandwich is definitely enough but just in case they offer different chips you can buy to go along with your meal. We'll definitely be back because I have my eye on their caprese sandwich. Good job Prosper Sandwich! You definitely made a regular out of me.

First it's a great atmosphere, the decor is great, all the staff was very friendly and my wife has a bad dairy allergy and they even came out to make sure what she could and couldn't have so she could enjoy the sandwich. That would have earned 4 stars just with that alone but then they brought out the food and was it damn good. I had the 5-0 and she had the teriyaki chicken and both were soooo good. Plenty of size, great bread, good ingredients, there was not one complaint on anything. I came hungover and this sandwhich brought me back to life. This is now going to be a typical spot for me. I'm sitting here writing the review wondering when I should go back to try the white widow. If you have any doubt, go here and you won't be disappointed. They also have outdoor seating that is connected to the bar, thought that was cool.

It took an hour to prepare and now they're closed I can't call to get a refund or get this fixed :(

One of the things that we really appreciate is the dill pickle spear that we get with each of our sandwich orders. Having that pickle on the side really makes the order feel complete. It's like having a burger and fries or chips and a sandwich. At the deli, you expect the pickle with your sandwich. This was not the case the last time that we ordered food from here. We stopped in on Mother's Day. We ordered our sandwiches. Everything seemed fine. Our sandwich containers got pushed along the line and when they were ready, they called our name. Simple right? No. Not exactly. The cashiers were quick to take our money and we were just as quick to bring our sandwich back, upset and disgruntled. We felt gypped. None of us got pickles. We didn't know why. The hubby was upset! He went to the cashier to complain. He told them that he would like to be refunded his tip, simply for the fact that they never mentioned the fact that there were no pickles available today. He was not asking for a refund on his sandwich. He just thought that they could've pasted a bit better discretion and making sure that all of the customers there knew that there were no available for Sandwiches today. I can't even tell you how upset he was. Like I said, I know it seems like a silly thing, but it's like missing the fries to your burger or the chips to your sandwich. The whole entire sandwich felt incomplete!!! So like I said, a refund for the tip was requested. Instead, the cashier ended up refunding the entire cost of one of the sandwiches. We tried to compromise with the deli, asking that maybe we buy a side of potato salad, but instead because of the problem with the pickle being unavailable, maybe they only charge half of the regular price of that sign. We're trying to upsell ourselves. Not Conley. The cashier didn't say anything. She just had a crunching. She didn't make eye contact. She never said sorry. She just went ahead to refund the cost of no one and that wasn't. Now, granted that was still a good amount, but the whole ordeal really so simple to dissolve. We were really disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm in the cashier trust us. We were also even more upset with the fact that the deli wouldn't let people know ahead of their ordering that there were no pickles. The hubby suggested that maybe they put out a sign saying that there were no pickles available today. One of the employees said, "oh no, we can't do that!!" I have a feeling they were worrying about the pickle situation and announcing it because then people would turn away from the restaurant. But, I understand that. For some people, a pickle is serious business. I know it seems crazy but at the same time. I get it. There's plenty of ample seating in and outside of the deli. It's always fun to sit there with people watch. Sometimes the line at the deli is exceedingly long, but don't be discouraged. Unless of course they're out of pickles, the line moves pretty quickly. Hopefully the next time that we pay this deli a visit, the pickle situation will have been resolved.
