She said she'd get back to me to clarify at my next appointment. Today, while on the table getting worked on, Annalise(wife of the Dr) barged in and started complaining about how I talked to everyone about billing except for the person in charge, her! That she needed to talk to me after he was done. I found that to be a little inappropriate, but let it go. He finished up and walked out. She barged in again, aggressively approached me with my infant in his stroller between us. She started pointing her finger and raising her voice, scolding me for talking to "everyone" but her. She yelled at me for not giving them my insurance card, to which I tried to respond by telling her that during intake they never asked for it. I tried to clarify that I asked the receptionist a simple question about billing, but she accused me of lying. She said "No, you talked to your lawyer and you talked to Michael" I continued to say no, I only asked the receptionist. She kept on, kept pointing, using aggressive body language, walked me into a corner, put her hands on my baby's stroller and even reached out to touch me. I told her not to touch me, I told her to get out of my way that she was making me feel uncomfortable. I told her she was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional, but she kept on. I pointed out that she walked me into a corner and said she needed to get out of my way. All because I asked the receptionist a question about billing and insurance. I have been in an abusive relationship and this triggered my PTSD so much. When I left I was shaking and had awful anxiety. She had me in the corner with my infant child while she yelled at me. Abusive behavior. No client should EVER be treated this way, especially when they're seeking therapeutic work. So unbelievably unprofessional. So unbelievably awful. I was asked to come back to sign something but I am so triggered and upset I will never set foot in there again. They need to have someone else run their business, not her. I had plantar fasciitis so bad I could barely walk around work and I would sometimes have to take my shoes off mid day And wear crocs which didn't provide much relief. I was skeptical at first but I was desperate for relief with my plantar fasciitis. I booked and shared my story with him. I was 36 yrs old at the time I had been receiving steroid injections in the heels of my feet (my podiatrist told me I was too young but said he would administer them). I returned to my podiatrist and received custom made insoles for my shoes. I thought these two things should fix me. I was also buying all the recommended walking shoes (Brooks, Hokas), rubbing my foot on a tennis ball, soaking them in epsom salt, icing them. It seemed like there was no relief. So I turned to 3H fitness and visited Gabe. He let me know that it would take some time for my body to heal correct itself ect. He has also helped me with my vertigo. I wanted instant relief but I had faith in Gabe as he is very thorough in explaining his decompression techniques and how the body heals itself. (Vertigo relief seemed instant, plantar fasciitis took some time to heal). I am now wearing any style of shoes I desire, walking before and after work without pain. i don't use the custom insoles in my shoes. I noticed relief within 4-6 months of being treated by Gabe.
