I've had to redo two sets of stairs and one hallway three times! Even when contacting the company they didn't want to help in any way like come and redo the bad spots! Thus was well over the advertised price as all , only 4 bedroom and three sets of stairs with one hallway was $500! Be aware! The cleaner wore dirty shoes in the house, no coverings, he had no protection for the corners or walls either! Also he left water stains on the places where he put his cleaning machine! To be clear, Julian himself never came out instead he sent another person who had an old enough machine that he had to use our water from our bathroom ( which he also used and didn't flush) terrible experience
