I only got a pedicure which should have came out to $40-$45(per the menu) I believe. The place I went to before this many times had full pedicure with gel for $35. I didn't think anything of it and figured gel was included and if not they'd let me know. Well it wasn't included and they put gel on me and then at check out asked for $65. I asked why it was so much more and they said well gel is an up-charge, I asked why was I not told or asked if that was ok. The response was well we figured you wanted gel and just put it on. I said it would have been fine if asked but this felt like they just did it to up-charge me more. I was expecting $45 not $65 and that's a huge jump with no explanation. They said they could give me $5 off or take it completely off and repaint with regular gel. Which in the end would be wasting more product and time. I would NOT go here again only because they're not transparent at all and were rude when called out about it. It's not hard to communicate and they failed to do so, be sure if you try them you ask them about everything they do.

I'm visiting family for the holidays and thought I'd have my nails done. This place was nearby and…read morethere was no wait when I got there. However the manicure itself was not a relaxing experience. I wanted gel and they gave me a book of two pages to choose from, even though they had the rings full of them at the front. When I told the guy I wanted a bright red for the holidays (which there wasn't an option for) he told me he would bring one. Why can't I see what you have and pick out the color myself? Then I was nicked several times while he was cleaning up my cuticles, but once was the worst I've ever been cut and would not stop bleeding. I probably should have left honestly, because instead of applying pressure and waiting for a few minutes for the bleeding to stop, he put some liquid on it and kept going... and it kept bleeding. I'm still trying to get it cleaned up and wearing a band aid over that finger to keep it clean and the antibiotic ointment on. That's not the look I was going for for my holidays nails at all. I also had originally asked for glitter, which he applied and told me was no charge due to cutting me, but I also didn't get to pick that color, so I'm glad I didn't have to pay lol. Overall it would have been a very weird experience even without being cut, but that just pushed it over the edge. I wouldn't be interested in returning.

After she moved over to the next foot on the same toe as the one she hurt on the other side she did the same thing. I should have left then but went on to let this woman do my nails and surprise she cut two of my cuticles so now I have 4 inflamed areas. I took my 82 year old mom and she said it's the only pedicure that didn't hurt and she actually enjoyed the experience. Pedicure appointments aren't really necessary but if you want Nam to do your nails, it's best to have an appointment. Just sit back and enjoy!
