So when I opened the first of 3 bad containers I called and they told me NOT to eat them and to bring all the containers back to have them replaced (spoke with Michael/Mikey). When I got there Michael was already gone, so the person I spoke to gave me a big fat NO stating I was out of my refund widow (purchased these in March of this year). He also told me it was my responsibility to open all the containers to make sure they are good. Referenced grocery shopping, saying that if I bought crackers or other boxed items, I should open them to ensure they are fresh. That's insane! Honestly, in the years I've been buying camino, I've never had to open all of them up to ensure quality or even to make sure there were gummies even in there. Still waiting for Michael/Mikey to call me back as I've spoken to him since and was told I would at least receive a credit.

1 Star - Avoid if You Value Professionalism and Patient Care…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but after spending the last two days trying to resolve a simple issue with my prescription allotment, I feel other patients deserve to know what they may be dealing with. After being approved by the state for an increase, I discovered that my routes had not been entered correctly, preventing me from making purchases. Rather than taking the time to review the issue, I was repeatedly told that I "didn't understand the math" and that I needed to contact the state myself. Receptionist Rhonda and Supervisor Ashley provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a medical office. Not only were they dismissive and argumentative, but they also gave me an incorrect phone number for the state and repeatedly shifted responsibility away from their office instead of helping resolve the issue. To make matters worse, I was hung up on multiple times while attempting to explain the situation and seek assistance. As a patient, being talked over, dismissed, and disconnected from during a legitimate concern is completely unacceptable. What should have been a simple review of my account turned into two days of frustration, finger-pointing, and unprofessional behavior. When I expressed my intention to file a complaint regarding how the situation was handled, I was essentially told they would rather discontinue me as a patient than address my concerns. Patients deserve accurate information, respectful communication, and a medical office that takes accountability when problems arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
