The shoes were ugly a d very uncomfortable didn't fix right. They gave me too different story, I didn't believe them. They lied to me. I don't like being lied to. I have been having arch pain and figured i would get it looked it, so i called and made an appointment. I arrive and was greeted by a rude male receptionist/billing person who told me to have a seat and be quiet. I brought my wife and our 12 week old daughter here and there was nobody there waiting it was simply my family. The guy comes over and said one of us could go back into the waiting room, and then i asked if my wife/child who was in a car seat can come with me. He then rudely responds that as long as the baby is quiet they may come. Now, my baby is 12 weeks old at this point, and simply sleeping in a car seat. There is nobody in the office and you make a comment like that? The doctor herself was good/helpful and generally willing to assist with my problem. The person up front who has nothing to do with foot care/podiatry is the entire reason i didn't give this place 4 stars, and is the reason I'm not going to be returning back here.

I had knee surgery and I was looking for a new and better place to get rehabilitation for my right…read moreknee. Kessler Rehabilitation Center opened up in Warren, NJ not long ago. I knew they had a good reputation, so I decided to give them a try. I'm so happy I did. I called on the phone and I was able to set up several appointments with Katie right away. My first appointment was with Jennifer, and it was more of an evaluation, and just an overall discussion to see what my problems were and what I needed to work on. My second visit and every other visit afterwards was with Howard Lee. I have been to rehabilitation four times over the years and I have never had a physical therapist as good as Howard Lee. Howard took the time to listen to my issues, and address each and everyone of them. Howard has a wonderful disposition, and he really had an amazing way of working with each individual patient one on one and customizing each physical therapy session to the patients needs. Howard used different techniques and utilized equipment in different ways that I've never seen or experienced before. Howard even noticed my crutches weren't adjusted properly for my height, and readjusted them for me. ( The nurse in the hospital adjusted them before I left.) Howard even did cupping on me. I won't lie it was very painful, but afterwords it really helped me to feel better and get the swelling down in my leg faster. Howard used athletic tape across my knee and on my thigh and groin area where I was having so much pain do to weakness after my surgery.. It was like night and day when I worked out. It really helped with the pain and weakness I was experiencing. Howard is very professional, very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. On days that I could not push myself, Howard would change up my routine completely to work around those issues. I never did the same workout twice except for the recumbent bike to warm up. When I went to a previous physical therapy place in town it was like a mass production and over crowding of people. The physical Therapist would meet with you for a few minutes and then hand you a chart and you'd be on your own to figure out all the exercises once shown. Sometimes I wasn't sure if I was doing it right, but the physical therapist was off to another patient because they would work on four people at once. My previous surgeon had me stop going because they made my left knee swell so bad, and pushed me way too hard when I wasn't ready. . Kessler never did this! Howard Lee actually listens and customizes each and every physical therapy workout. Another good thing was that there were never more than two people in the entire place at the same time. It wasn't a mass produced physical therapy operation like some of the other ones I went to. This was one on one the entire time. Kessler was also very thoughtful when I was there, I suffer from severe migraine headaches And they would shut off some of the overhead lights so not to trigger a migraine while I worked out. This could be done because there was only two of us in the entire place along with staff. My knee has come along way, and I even have exercises to do home that Howard printed out for me during this coronavirus epidemic. I highly recommend Kessler Rehabilitation Center for anyone young or old who needs to get Physical Therapy. Howard Lee even works with cancer patients.

It was a revelation…read moreand unique in my very lengthy experience in office visits. visit began with my interaction with the staff scheduling for my visit and running the office. My delight began with the staff scheduling appointments over the phone and peopling the front desk upon arrival. They were friendly, efficient and my appointment was quickly arranged for a time sensitive issue involving infection. I am severely handicapped so any physical barriers to reaching a physician's office would have been a deal-breaker. There are none. There is ample parking and the office itself is not only clean and pleasant but boasts the ability to handle more than routine issues (e.g. x-rays, which I had, for another issue). I arrived on time and was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival. Dr. Donovan, himself, is nothing short of a wonder. He is pleasant, informative, knowledgeable and most of all an extremely excellent practitioner. He informed me, as a matter of course, that my condition is covered for routine foot care by my insurance, a matter of extreme importance as I can no longer perform this simple matter myself. I was treated, rescheduled, discharged and home in less than 45 minutes from the time I first left my house for my appointment. I cannot stress how highly I think of Dr. Donovan and his practice. If you have a problem involving your feet or ankles, you'd be crazy to look elsewhere.
