I dropped off 24 items to be dry cleaned for a very important business trip. I picked them up the…read morenext evening and they all stunk! Like, really badly stunk. My whole closet, all the clothing I hung them next to... I unwrapped them and "aired" them out, but the smell was just terrible. Smelled like old take out and dirty carpet or something- just really bad. I paid almost $500 for this. These clothes were brand new, never worn. I didn't want to wreck them before my conference, but unfortunately, this cleaners wrecked them. One white blouse had a blue mark slashed through the back of it also. I will have to try and wash that one maybe by hand or something. Just so disappointed... and for $500!!

When a washer wouldn't accept my credit card management stepped right in to help. While I was there staff were constantly cleaning the machines and maintaining the space which is warm and sunny. I gave him my hand and he was just continuously barking and displaying teeth, would not settle. He was definitely territorial. I left and Went back out to get the detergent hoping the owner of the dog would grab him before I came back inside. She did not. She watched as I went to the change machine, with this little dog following me barking and growling. I said to the ladies there, "I didn't realize, there were dogs allowed in here." To which one lady replied "it's my dog, I own the place." 10 minutes later she did remove the dog. I stayed in my car regardless. I have not been back since. Will never go back. So be-careful bringing kids here. I love dogs but this one barks, growls, shows teeth and follows."

I love the local wash ! Always an attendant cleaning the premises and the machines and seldom a broken machine or issue . The hours are fantastic and they even play cool music from ceiling speakers .
