When I arrived, it was explained that they used to send out to a place in Seattle which has since closed. They now do it themselves but have only done some and all were successful. I appreciated this information upfront and decided to give them a try. I was given a quote and a time frame of two days, maybe over the weekend. I received the text it was ready the next day. When I did arrive, the price was the same as the quote. The jacket turned out beautiful. They took their time and delivered on their promises. Super helpful staff. First she said that would be ok as I only wash, can dry at home. Then in front of the other customers she procedure to say loudly that she would take my laundry out and make me leave the premises. At 5pm my last load said 20 minutes left. She said im leaving at 6pm and I dont want you here again when im working. Ive never had a problem with any of the other workers here before.

The seller told me it was just make-up stains, so I went through with the purchase. I dropped it off at Modern Cleaners, and hoped for the best. It turned out the stains were not make up, but a spray tan. Which I assume is much harder to apparently take off. There was so much intricate beading on the bust, that the tanner had even soaked into the threading. They called me to tell me it was finished (which is amazing since most places leave you to play the waiting/guessing game). When I picked it up it was WHITE! and so beautiful. I couldn't believe the magic they were able to pull on it! I plan to look and feel beautiful (and not have to use a cheap-o backup dress, just in case their magic didn't work) all thanks to Modern Cleaners. I will be back for sure!

They were newly purchased and I needed them ready to go into a suitcase. When I dropped them off (Thursday mid day), after being diverted there from the other location in MV, I expressed that I needed them expedited and to pick them up prior to close on the following Sat. I was told that I'd get a call when they were ready and verified that. (I never expect that call) My flight departed at 7am Monday AM. The store closed Sat. with no call to me. I was frantic to get my clothes. I just spent about $600 on clothes to wear to a job interview and now I would have to spend again, but who is open on a Sunday? Fortunately, I was able to use some networking and persistence to get a hold of someone to help me get my clothes at 3pm on Sunday. That was close! Thanks to the CSR for responding to my many calls etc. And for being so nice. Like I said, I was happy with the work, shirts folded and plastic covered, pants clean and pressed. No problems there. Suggestion. Please use Fridays to tie-in with customers ensuring they have all their clothes prior to closing. Or create and monitor an after hours/weekend/emergency phone. This could also be a feature that I don't think is offered by other cleaners in the area. Also, MAKE those calls to the customer. Thanx. S

Never should you employ workers related to each other they cover up for each other. New machines don't wring clothes good enough you spend way too much to dry compared to everywhere else. I think they planned it that way. Then dryers are too cold. They dont get hot enough. Always low even though you put it on high heat. Planned to spent 4 times your budget. It may look clean but the place is not. Check photos of kid climbing in carts and tables. Just so tired these places ripping off the public! Their attitude! Where else you gonna go?
